Charles Knife Canyon
#2 of 17 Nature & Parks in Exmouth
We have seen some amazing gorges, canyons and national parks so far on our journey but the views on this one over the ocean were some of the best we have seen so far.
We took our picnic lunch up there and ate after walking the trail and it was divine sitting in the sunshine looking out over nature.
Yardie Creek
#3 of 17 Nature & Parks in Exmouth
Our guideon this cruise through a beautiful gorge made our journey so interesting and his knowledge of the areas history was amazing as he has lived in Exmouth most of his life. The gorge is a nature reserve carved...
Do the long nature walk and see osprey, bats, rock wallaby, kangaroos plus awesome scenery of the gorge and creek.

Ningaloo Coast World Heritage Area
#5 of 17 Nature & Parks in Exmouth
It is a World Heritage Area and from the minute you enter Cape Range National Park, where Ningaloo is situated, you are in another world.
We just loved our stay in this area, and the Ningaloo Lighthouse Caravan Park was a good launching pad, with the National Park only 20 minutes drive away.
Shothole Canyon

It is a tremendous adventure drive, that is worth the effort if care taken, strongly advise to go and see, just respect the nature around you and the country, it is stunning.

Mandu Mandu Gorge

Best walk in the Cape Range National Park with just about 100% chance to see a black rock wallaby with fantastic views of Ningaloo reef and Cape Range
It was great and felt like I was in a nature documentary.
Navy Pier Exmouth

Alex and I both agreed that she is a unique and amazing force of nature - not to mention being a lovely person and a great dive-leader.
Town Beach
#9 of 17 Nature & Parks in Exmouth
Stretching from the boat harbour on passed the town and beyond, town beach like most things in Exmouth is just as nature made it unkempt, untamed and undisturbed.
Bundegi Beach
#10 of 17 Nature & Parks in Exmouth
Great place for picnic, much closer to the city than other beaches in Ningaloo Marine Park.
Closer to town than the National Park beach sites.

Wobiri Beach
#15 of 17 Nature & Parks in Exmouth
Having said that when the swell is up and the wind off-shore there is a good size wave out the back just slightly North of the car park (it was well overhead on a 1.8m swell) that runs for up to 100m on a good day.
this is a great beach for kids to learn to surf...when its high tide is best for them...we spent hours and hours here...theres a shelter & a loo...its not far from the Litehouse Caravan Park
