- Maltipoo16New York1,903 contributionsExtremely beautiful hike with an excellent payoff at the summit! The trail was very well maintained with a lot of room to get around other parties. The parking at the trail head was interesting, as I had the last open spot and there was a Ranger there directing and monitoring the parking. It’s definitely a very busy trail. Views from the top of the fire tower were beautiful, but with the crowds, it’s hard to get any alone time up there for photos.
