Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- RecreationVNew York City, NY417 contributionsThis is a small museum, and can only be seen escorted by a tour guide. Ours was led by Darlene, who was informative and knew answers to all the questions! There are two rooms, the first is information and history, the second displays an assortment of inventions. The highlight being an opportunity to listen to an original phonograph. With several origins of the phrase "put a sock in it" this one, to mute the volume of the phonograph, it a fun one. The tour takes about an hour, but you can spend some additional time walking the grounds for a bit more history.
If you can, combine this with a visit to the T.E. National Historic Park, run by the US Park Service. It's about 20 -30 min. away. The two compliment each other with history and an extended look at Thomas Edison, his inventions and his personal life.Written 31 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The songs were a revival of the swinging 1920’s when black singers played the blues. Oh, so good.Written 12 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Joefiss316Marlboro, NJ42 contributionsThis review is about the convention center itself because that is more important and the events can vary. The convention center is pretty big and can store a lot. However, some parts of it can be more up-to-date. The exterior isn't too dated. The interior however, have old decorations that look a bit damaged and is showing its age. This place can also be cleaned up more. Not too huge of an issue but can probably make future experiences more satisfying.Written 30 August 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Elaine FBridgewater, NJ3,597 contributionsI'm 74 and this fountain has been in Roosevelt Park since I was a little girl. It is a lovely fountain that I believe was erected by the WPA or equivalent after the war. It has been maintained beautifully by the county park folks and is still a wonderful testament to the past.Written 7 June 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Paul DJackson, NJ89 contributionsI’ve gone to Inman for years to work on my golf. I’ve also played mini golf there and have always had a good experience. The staff is friendly, the range is wide open and well marked. You must hit off of mats, so no chance to hit off of grass, but that’s the only thing missing. There is a sand trap and a green.Written 27 May 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Pree1964Woodbridge, NJ73 contributionsVisited recently. Came to celebrate my birthday. I always enjoy Topgolf. Lots of fun! First time for my friends and they loved it. Also I wish in reserving a bay we could select floor level, table vs lounge bay style, with the understanding if it’s available.
My server was friendly but clearly something was wrong with him/her. The food took awhile and was horrible. We didn’t complain we just sucked it up. Overdone pretzels, chewy waxy chicken, chicken strips over cooked, need I say more. I will visit again but I will not accept the food if it’s that bad! Also have a birthday dessert available. Get creative with that.Written 10 September 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
