Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It's been years since we were last here and a GREAT little zoo is even better. The animals looked happy, the place was clean and bright and the layout was interesting, with different animals around each curve. My 7 year old liked the big cats and the bears okay, but she liked the free-range guinea fowl that wandered up close, the best. Strange kid. Oh, and she started hopping instead of walking after watching the kangaroos. We grownups especially liked the giraffes and zebras on the large field (like the Serengetti?) which you can view from a high walkway.

There are lots of lovely shady trees for when the sun is intense. The food prices aren't bad. The employees are lovely. And the cost is: Whatever you feel appropriate. Yes, free, donation only. Same with parking - donation only. Highly, highly recommend.

After well over 4 year hiatus we decided to stop here to choose some wines as a birthday gift for our wine loving friend. We were a little confused by the change of the name, or rather a dual name. Besides the Natali Vineyard there were signs BRIGANTI BY THE BAY. Apparently the winery was sold by the original owner MrNatali a few years ago and for now is bearing both names eventually becoming Briganti .
The tasting is expensive but nicely presented. The wines are usual Jersey wines, tasty if paired with special meats, cheese or grapes.
Natali-Briganti is an important stop on NJ wine trail.
We visited on a random weekend and it appeared to be lovely and relaxing but I hear that the energy here goes up on special occasions.

this is a most amazing spot. In addition to the ocean and lovely town of Cape May, within a few miles you have access to an amazing variety of ecosystems and therefore every bird you could ever imagine seeing. Also, if you come at the right time, as we did, you get the added amazing treat of seeing horseshoe crabs. Also, the cape may professional birders are very generous with their time and secrets. Don't miss out on this

Police themed brewery with large variety of choices. Snacks for sale, no food. Bar games and indoor / outdoor seating. We would go back.

We saw this place on our way down to Cape May. Family run farm that is U-pick. My young son had a great time walking down the rows of blueberry bushes helping us pick. Great low price too!

This interesting preserve attracts mostly hikers and bicyclers. The parking lot is relatively small. Locals come here to walk their dogs.
We explore the blue and yellow trails. The loop is easy to walk and fairly well marked. The area belongs to Nature Conservancy. During spring and summer the preserve is known for beautiful wild flowers. We like our winter hikes here - finally devoid of ticks!

Located off the Garden State Parkway at Rt. 609, about 8 miles north of Cape May, we only ended up here because the 2 centers in Cape May were closed, though they were said to be open. Located on a dead end little side road in a non descript building, I was able to get a map and some brochures etc. but there wasn't much there, though the guy at the desk was nice and the one on the phone that I talked to when the other centers were closed.

This is a shop that you have visit often since the inventory changes. Great seasonal handmade items that make great gifts. The handbags are creative and fun and I can't get enough! The Red Door Gallery is in Woodland Village and a great place to shop for something different from what you find in the box stores.
