Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Incredible tour, great service. Kelsey was the best guide and had so much knowledge about the park and its history. She took us to all the right spots and we never felt rushed at all. She helped us take great pictures and was the epitome of friendly and professional. Picnic lunch and healthy snacks were also fantastic. Highly recommend this tour.

Recommended 100%. The animals are much more interesting than I anticipated. My seven-year old son and I had fun. It's a great activity on travel day if you have a flight later in the day as it is less than 30 minutes from Bozeman airport. And as part of the tour, you get a cute parting gift. This experience was a great conclusion to our time in Montana.

My wife and I wanted to check zip lining off the list, and were really happy that we chose MWW to do it. Our guides, Caeden (sp ?) and Maddie were the best! We had a mother with two young children, and they tandemed the kids on each leg and were very patient with all. They kept us loose and laughing and were very good at their jobs. The zip line itself consisted of three legs, two of which crossed the river. Having never done it, I was unsure of how it worked, but safety was the top priority and would definitely go again.

My wife was a first time rafter, so we opted for the less intense trip, (class 1 -3 rapids) and it was perfect for her. The place was very organized and all the employees we encountered were very helpful. The water was running pretty good, and the bigger rapids that we hit provided just the right amount of excitement for people who may not have been ready for a class 4 trip (which they also offered). Our guide, Jasper, was really good, and made everyone comfortable as she was confident in her ability. Had a couple of younger paddlers who she had to correct sternly a couple times, as they were not following her paddling commands when she was shouting them. If I went back, I would definitely go on the Class IV trip, as this one had a bit too much non paddling between rapids. Great job Jasper and MWW

Do not miss this opportunity to see the best of Yellowstone from the North entrance in Gardiner! Ask for Mike!! Mike is your man! He was wonderful, smart, informative, and fun! We saw so much beauty and got educated all within the 7 hour trip through magical Yellowstone. Van was clean, comfortable and loaded with water and snacks. We made various stops at all the key destinations including Old Faithful, Yellowstone Lake, Canyon, waterfall and our personal favorite, Black Pool Geysers! We saw elk, cranes, a bison swimming aaaand... a Cinnamon Brown Bear!
Not enough hours in the day to see it all but worth every penny and minute.

We had an excellent time and our guides Kelsey and Ash were true experts! Their trained eyes spotted wildlife we would never have seen on our own. We saw bison, elk, bighorn sheep, black bears, grizzlies, coyotes, mountain goats, vultures and more. Kelsey and Ash's enthusiasm was catching and they really know what they're talking about! We had a lot of questions and they answered them all!

We had a private tour with hotel pick up for 3 adults from Big Sky for the Best of Yellowstone Tour and it was outstanding thanks to our incredible guide Gabrielle. She was extremely knowledgeable with a wonderful personality, and, is certainly an asset to the company. The vehicle was spotless and the lunch, snacks & beverages were enjoyed by all and delicious. Thank you for our lifelong memories !

Our guide, Kelsey, could not have been better. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the Park, its wildlife, geology and history. We saw an abundance of wildlife, including grizzlies, elk, Pronghorn, bison, wolf, trumpeter swans, on and on. She was such a an eager guide, it made us want to learn more about the Park and the animals. The van we rode in was comfortable, and we had nice snacks and a great lunch riverside in the Lamar valley. Highly recommend!

    What a day!!

It was a wonderful tour. Mimi was very knowledgeable of the area, in the park and out. She spotted the wildlife. She brought snacks, coffee and hot chocolate. She asked about food preferences and allergies before the tour and had the snacks we needed.

We booked the Yellowstone Winter Wolf Watching and Wildlife Safari tour package for my father's 80th birthday. He flew in from Wichita, KS and we flew in from Sacramento, CA.  Andrea reached out to me prior to our trip to make sure that our lunches were in alignment with our dietary restrictions and preferences and to make sure that we would make the best use of our time based on what was happening within the park. The morningof the tour he arrived early at our Airbnb taking slippery snowy roads to get to us.  He was kind and fit right in with our family which made the trip very comfortable, easy and a truly pleasant experience. You could tell that he was passionate about the park, the animals and his work, and that he is a thoughtful, courteous and professional tour guide/business owner.  Throughout the tour he made sure to explain everything that we saw along the way and answer any questions we had.  He took us to parts of the park that we would never have experienced on our own and when we encountered other guides and tours during the day, you could tell he was someone that his peers also admired and thought highly of.

During our trip we saw Elk, Wolves, Bison, Moose, Pronghorns, Bald Eagles, an American Dipper, Mountain Goats and a Cougar.

The 5 of us would definitely recommend YWWWWS to anyone who is looking for a magical experience!

Loved our experience with Yellowstone Safari Company. Our guide, Randolph, was extremely knowledgeable, very accommodating (and punctual) and great with the kids. We toured the park (van and snow coach tour) and snowshoed. Randolph was able to track down a couple of the wolves, which was an amazing experience. Would highly suggest this company and Randolph in particular.

Yellowstone Safari is the absolute BEST company to use when wanting to visit Yellowstone! If you only have a few days to visit their private guides are the way to go! This is part 1 of 2 reviews since we used their service/guide for 2 days and 2 unique experiences.

    Overall:
Our group consisted of 7 people, ranging in age from 74 to 9! We had some medical things to navigate, along with keeping it active and fun for the 40 year olds and teenager. Our guide Grant was OUTSTANDING! He met everyone at their level!!

    The Wildlife:
We saw bison, wolves, grizzly, black bear, elk, prong horn, mountain goat and we even saw a coyote kill a small uinta ground squirrel …it was AMAZING! Grant knows EVERYONE and they all share where the animals are and radio to one another so you can get to where they are and get the best animal sightings!

    Allergies/Bathroom Breaks/Medical:
We have two with food allergies (one person has a gluten allergy and the other an egg allergy) CUSTOM breakfast and lunch items for these individuals, including the “best gluten free bread” they had ever had! Frequent bathroom breaks and they know where the “good bathrooms” are! No one was ever hungry, thirsty or “needing to go”. Grant went out of his way to make sure those with medical needs in our group were accommodated!
