Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.
Learn more about our review moderation.

What travellers are saying
- TravellingDotWashington State42 contributionsAltitude Gallery.....
This is bar none one of my very favorite shops that I visited while spending the day in downtown Bozeman earlier this year.
The light and airy space is filled with positive energy reflecting the unique beauty of this town as do the the ladies who were "behind the counter". Altitude is now my go-to for online gift shopping - in particular the LISART by Lisa Biasin Loder.
If you happen to find yourself in downtown Bozeman please do make the time to stop by here - you will not regret it.Written 16 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It was built during the Great Depression and was unique as it was wood verses concrete like most of the mills of that age. It is really neat that the gallery moved into it and allowed it to maintain its historic beauty. Well worth a visit for the history and the art.Written 22 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- jehenson81Washington DC, DC25,931 contributionsThis was definitely a high end gallery, full of expensive and beautiful art. The young lady at the desk was friendly and pleasant, chatting with me when I arrived and left. A few of the pieces caught my eye, but they were out of my price range and would be impossible to fly home with. Still worth a visit.Written 22 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Michael WDallas, TX7 contributionsChris D'ardenne is an extremely talented photographer. He captures the Rocky Mountains in such a way that inspires me to seek out the locations he has shot from. I am excited to visit his Gallery in Bozeman.Written 16 November 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- jehenson81Washington DC, DC25,931 contributionsThis gallery had some very eclectic pieces of art in the window so I just had to go in and see what they had. It was definitely different than the other galleries I visited in town. They did have some gorgeous huge prints of western life but nothing was really my taste. Still worth a visit.Written 22 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Daryl M41 contributionsJuly 2018 Family Reunion At the Ecco Fine Art Gallery, worked with Nora on a catering menu long distance ! Always a little iffy, Not with Nora and her team, everything worked perfectly, the Art Galley was perfect for our family, the food was fabulous, Nora and Ashley, kept everything flowing in between dancing, picture taking. Nora directed me to a great florist who knew the room, and did a beautiful wild flower center piece !
Call the Emerson for what ever your function maybe, Ecco Fine Art Gallery, is a perfect fit !!!Written 9 August 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
