In the great City of St. Paul, Minnesota, grows a wonderful, compact attraction called Como Park Zoo & Conservatory packed full of wonderful experiences for all ages, all year long.

They have excellent informative displays as well as very knowledgable staff to take questions!!! Also a nice selection of reference guides to purchase and cute little nature gifts as well!

The weather was perfect, the man-made stream was flowing, and catching up on life with my friend in such a charming little park made the afternoon a very pleasant one.
One of the purest and most complete small and essential urban parks imaginable that serves many purposes depending on the schedule of events and time of day.

There are also adorable sculptures of "Peanuts" characters sprinkled through the park as Charles Schultz is a native son of St Paul.
A few Charlie Brown / Peanuts character statues adorn the Market Street side of the park, and extending to Landmark Plaza.
