Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The conservatory has so many variety of plants and it is so nicely maintained. We like to walk around and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and hear the waterfall. It is free to visit although a donation would help maintain the place.

We have a suite here, so we stopped in to catch the Blackhawks – Ducks game. Our suite attendant was awesome! She made great suggestions and was very attentive! It was a breeze getting in and out. The view was decent, but these suites seem to be much better for hanging out and socializing than actually watching the game. The energy level was just ‘ok’… I’m from the DC area and used to the Caps, which are not only a very energetic team, but watching their games is such fun.

Getting in and out was easy. The only annoying part were all the shady taxi drivers all over asking if they can give a ride on the way out – the staff should do a better job keeping them away. Also, same with the homeless… a guy with his dog begging was very annoying and coincidently, I saw him the night before somewhere else downtown walking in traffic with that dog – I could careless about him, but someone needs to ensure the dog is taken care of, healthy, and kept safe from his odd actions. Oh, and keep the beggars away from the stadium too.

Overall – A great time was had!

After arriving on the Zephyr, my wife and I had a rough time traversing thought the subterranean maze, collecting our suitcases, and exiting to find Ubers. There's lots of construction in the abyss, and as such there's little helpful signage and direction. It was difficult for us as seasoned travelers; we did ask questions multiple times and finally found our way to street level. I was excited seeing the famous staircase filmed in the Untouchables where Kevin Costner and Andy Garcia captured the bookkeeper! Of course I couldn't resist reenacting the scene - "Got him"

As a huge fan of this show, this was by far one of the coolest thing to visit and see in person. Highly recommended if you are in the Chicago region. Something I'll never forget!a

It is so fun to see how beer is made and try the new and existing ones. Johnny was a really fun Tour Guide and the group was a good size. The Pina Colada IPA is wonderful!

Cool and hip neighborhood with lots of shops, stores, apartments. It is a good place to stroll and shop for various items. There are coffee shops, vintage clothing shops, vinyl record shops, and more. Go for a walk along North or Milwaukee Ave.

So wonderfully positive and educative to me. A combination of art, history and assimilation of cultures made it satisfying and worthwhile to me.
And it is free and did not even have the obligatory “donate please” stuff of such places.
Set in Pilsen in a Latino area and fun to stroll the area, see the street murals and eat great food nearby!

Secularly, anyone interested in architecture will be enlightened by this tour, as our docent Grace communicated so much to our group in a manner that had us all quite engaged the entire time!

Spiritually edifying hearing how the Orthodox faithful and Chicago philanthropists of the time worked collaboratively to build the church, as well as learning about Sts. John and Tikhon, and the Theotokos of Tikhvin icon!!

Truly well worth it ... time well spent!!!

One of the best neighborhoods in Chicago to find restaurants, bars, bookstores and lots of art in a wide variety of venues. Great food, great art, fun browsing the stores.

The guided tour of the Auditorium Theatre is an absolute must for history buffs and Chicago enthusiasts! Length ranges from 1.5-2 hours and the tour includes the main floor, balconies, lobby, orchestra pit, dressing rooms, and standing on the stage! Our guide, John P., was a wealth of knowledge and has a deep love for what he does. We thoroughly enjoyed this unique experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great selection of food, desserts, and international cuisine, even without all of the vendors being open when we were there!

The 606 is similar to the Highline in NYC where the trail is elevated on old train tracks. Love all the plants and trees lining the pathway. They were all well maintained and there’s a variety of plantings. Not very many benches to rest on the pathway but many street exits if you chose to explore the neighborhoods. Damen St in Wicker Park is perfect for drinks & a bite to eat. Just be careful when walking on the trail because there can be a lot of bikes. Definitely a nice alternative trail in Chicago besides the lakefront. Will be back!

Went here for my friends 50th Birthday. We had a blast. I would recomend taking your time in each room as its self guided but you can't go backwards. We loved how the lights and stuff worked in each room. There was lots of places for cool selfies. Don't forget to check out the bathrooms at the end as they also have exibits in them as well. Oh and the tasting station was also worth stopping for. The gift shop in the end is fun with games you can play and a wall of chips you can't find many place. I recomend trying one!

Greektown's easy to access as a visitor to Chicago; it's just west of the Kennedy expressway, is not far away from the Loop (downtown), and is the gateway to the West Loop, full of hip bars and restaurants. Easy public transit access via bus or CTA blue line stops.

Perhaps some of the character of Greektown has been reduced in recent years. This is due to some of the classic Greek restaurants along Halsted St. closing, due to either families deciding to get out of the business or shifting business conditions; the closure of some of the Greek-focused retail; and the gentrification of the surrounding neighborhood, now one of Chicago's most affluent. That said, it still has a Greek feel: there's the Hellenic museum; cool, Greek-focused architectural details; Greek street art; and a number of excellent Greek restaurants at which you can still get an authentic Greek meal and Greek hospitality.

    Worth a visit!

Words can’t express how beautiful historic inner-city church’s are. This parish was established by Polish immigrants around the turn of the century. I went to a Latin mass Monday morning.
