Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Used a free pass to test out the experience. Spacious with nice seating, though no seats reclined-odd. No showers and restroom was nothing special. The food, while not a large variety on offer (sandwich, salad, fruit) was fresh. Plenty of soft drinks/Coffee/Tea. A Bar was in the back and I saw others drinking beer-However I don't do alcohol when flying. Overall not nearly as comfortable or with the amenities that are offered by European of major Asian airlines for similar pricing. Grade C.

What is it about the major US carriers that gives one the impression that they really don't value many of their customers- Just an anecdotal feeling I get from them, especially compared with major Asian airlines.

I travel to and through ORD a lot, many times per year. Of all the major Untied Hubs, ORD has done the best job upgrading their clubs. EWR has a lot of catching up to do, which as my home airport, I'm excited to see some sort of movement.

ORD clubs have the newer look, newer food choices, bigger bathrooms and lots of locations.

The thing is, when I fly internationally, I will always choose the international airline club (Luftansa and SAS for examples) over the American clubs because they have a much more hospitable nature.

But for the domestic flights, and especially when routing through ORD, which let's it, doesn't always have the best weather and delays are common, this is a great escape from the crowded airport.

Pros: wide open place with many seats for everyone, staff was very nice and polite.
Cons: Food is very basic and not the level you would find in NY or LA United Lounge. Coffee was mehh, just regular. Noise was terrible.

I was delayed for 3 hours and spent it here. The food was fine. The drinks were free. There was a reasonable amount of seating. Overall a nice stay.
