Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I grew up listening to them and it brought back some great memories. Seeing their stuff up close and personal was really cool. They had Keith's diary, lyrics notebooks from Mick, set lists, etc. We cool to see that they even have flair when their handwriting! We saw the art display on the 4th floor. You can easily spend an hour or more here. It is quite large. The restrooms are super clean! - TAMAN1951Liberty Lake, WA8,937 contributionsGreat story about the 10,000 books donated to the children of Chicago by the queen of England.
Stonework is immaculate and of course the Tiffany dome is quite spectacular.
While the actual books are stored elsewhere this building is worth a visit just for the craftsmanship.Written 5 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - dmittlemanPalm Beach Gardens, FL1,409 contributionsWe attended a large wedding here. The venue is large and inviting. Although it is industrial looking, it can be warmed up nicely. The food was superb. The feeling was chic but the focus remained clearly on the bride/groom and the attendees.
