Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stephanie was our artist for the day. She was knowledgable, fun, helpful, and very chill. You could tell she loved what she was doing and she hyped us all up! The environment was wonderful and artsy. I would definitely go back!

Great class and Carlos was an awesome instructor! Lots of fun and met some really nice people! My candle is burning now and smells amazing!! They are now located on S. Laflin in Pilsen.

We had a fun girls night at Bottle & Bottega South Loop. Started out w/wine then got to work on our paintings. Instructors were excellent! I have attended other company"s where the artist kept his back to us the whole time. Bottle & Bottega had great background music, lots of assistants to help w/questions. There was a group of very loud patrons, who's voices were annoyingly distracting. Majority of patrons were just having fun without disrupting others. The space is compact, but the ambience made up for the tight quarters. I would highly recommend this location. And a special shout-out to our Artist du jour, Curtis, for his patience with our large group of ladies.

This is a gorgeous building that houses an art school and has ongoing exhibits in the front rooms of this historic structure. I've been there for a two gallery shows. The rooms are majestic which adds to the ambiance while viewing art. It is not open all the time so check the website for upcoming shows and classes. Outstanding artists teach the classes-- many very classical like oil painting, pastels, watercolor and life drawing. Even if you are not planning to purchase art, plan on stopping by sometime when there is a are exhibit going on, to step inside and enjoy the experience. Often they will have a banner sign outside in the front of the building announcing the times/dates of the current or upcoming shows. There is a set of stairs to enter the building and I'm not aware one way or the other if there is an accessible entrance.

What a discovery! Such a beautiful Pottery store! I have done pottery painting for as long as remember but we accidentally found this place during Ribfest in Lincoln Square. So many choices for ceramics and paint colors. The service was great, the staff brought us everything we needed, kept refilling our paints, changed our water and our pieces came out just perfect ! I have to keep going there as they have so many choices , perfect for girls night out an best thing is that they are BYOB! Definitely a place to go for out of towners!

This class was a highlight of my time in Chicago. James had a detailed PowerPoint that guided us through the details, as well as lots of practice and testing. He was generous with his information and I had lots of questions about how to create good sound quality for research interviews which he happily answered. James has deep experience in Podcasting so it was like learning from a Master. I’m from Australia but the content was still completely relevant.
