- Erin H1 contributionThe Downtown Chicago TV & Movie Sites Tour is really great especially if you take the time to watch the films or shows that are featured on the tour. It was really cool to see the locations that were a part of scenes filmed there. Dan was very informative and had many insights as he has experience in the Chicago film industry. I learned so much about the Ferris Bueller film in particular but also about film-making in general, about the Art Institute and about Chicago. - Christopher CRedcar, UK22 contributionsThis was one of the best tours we’ve ever been on anywhere in the world. Not only was our guide, Dan, an absolute fountain of knowledge but he was extremely funny and really easy to chat to and ask questions.
Alongside the superb insights into the locations and the industry as a whole, we also gained a better understanding of the layout of the city and some of the landmarks and other attractions. We went to a few other attractions off the back of the advice Dan have to us.
I really would recommend this tour. Ours was private but I think it would be equally as good in a group. Perfect blend of walking and stopping.
