Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The Field is in a great location with access to other venues. I would recommend giving most if not all of a day to enjoy this amazing museum. This natural history museum has a vast collection and provides something great for everyone. Explore ancient cultures and wildlife from around the world. See our world as it looked millions of years ago and what it is today. Explore made made treasures as well as treasures dug from the ground. The Field has something for everyone one to enjoy.

    Original: Faulty headphones
    Review of InMotion Entertainment
Reviewed September 4, 2021 via mobile
Unfortunately although the service was good at the store, I was overcharged in my card and the headphones out of the box were faulty and did not turn on. I wonder if they were opened and put back because this have never happened to me.

    Edit:
After I purchased a product that was faulty and couldn’t return to the airport, the team was very responsive via email and did everything to refund me for this product. I think they have great service, though the product was faulty

Brookstone is a great place to pick up travel related items and especially a life saver when something goes wrong ….like replacing your suitcase!

Stopped by Chicago Sports to look at some of the items they have to to make Christmas and Birthday gifts for. They have a good selection and very friendly helpful staff. I will be back in the near future to get a few items.

International Terminal 5 at Chicago O'Hare is a host to the Duty Free shop that offers a very easy access to its goods. The shop is located almost right after the security point. It's not a very big, but rather a convenient place to shop if one doesn't want/plan to shop for duty free goods on board the airplane. The goods - liquor and chocolate, cosmetics and perfume, etc are in ample abundance, not cheap - I assume, they are traditionally not supposed to be cheap at these kinds of shops. The only problem I encounter - not only this time, so it seems to be rather consistent - is rather basic or even poor language/communication skills of some of its employees. Understanding can be an issue. Other than that, it's a very pleasant place to shop pre-flight.

I was happy to see MAC at the Airport. I love lipsticks. Had some time to wait for next flight and of course, this lady could always use a new lip color. Great location đź’‹

Barbara’s bookstore is located in Chicago o’Hare Airport Terminal 3. It’s been here for a few years which proves that people still read books!

We stopped at Barbara's Bookstore when we were leaving O'Hare Airport to Honolulu. This particular Barbara's Bookstore is located in Concourse B of Terminal 1, at Gate B-10, which was on our way to our Gate B-16. There was more than enough of an inventory of current best sellers to choose a couple of books. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Bought a neck pillow for our trip to the UK. First time I tried to use it on the plane, one of the straps broke. When we flew back 10 days later, I tried to return it without success. The manager said they couldn't take it back because it was damaged, but that's why I was returning it?? Very frustrating and not a good experience.

Expensive, luxury chocolate found in Terminal 1, United (B concourse) and Terminal 3, American (H/K concourse) boutiques -- worth seeking out. Open from 6:30 a.m. till 8:30 p.m.

One of their slogans is "Travel the World Through Chocolate" -- which makes a nice airport tie-in.

Their bars and truffles make great souvenirs or personal treats.

Because I bought a delicious gift bar -- beautifully packaged in their iconic, purple-ribboned bag -- at the wrong end of my last trip, I returned home with only the packaging.

If you are at the International Terminal 5 of Chicago O'Hare and have time before your flight, this shop is one of the luxury shops offering trendy styles of contemporary watches. The access to Luxury Watches is very easy, it is right near the Dufry Shop, of the M Concourse area. The selection of watches is ample - TagHeuer, Zenith and Bulgari among the latest 'it' brands. Service is impeccable - knowledgeable and friendly. Prices - $$$. Could be a nice present for a friend.
