- Bibiana R14 contributionsI wasn't expecting much from an aquarium, but it was a lot of fun! It was bigger than I thought with lots of exhibitions. I also liked that there were guides in each area and they were kind, patient, knowledgeable, and funny. I specially remember Daxel in the tank where you could.touch starfishes and anemones. He explained the process and how to do it responsably. Another guide, I believe it was Dan, also explain how to purchase fish responsably, daxel also gave us a guide of fishes to purchase in Spanish, very helpful.
Many places to take photos and the axolotl are super cute and unique.

Our table consisted of 4 couples, only two of whom knew each other. All the adults were amazed and the children were entertained throughout. Our littles got to go on stage and they won’t forget the experience. My eight year old kept saying “I can’t believe we’re here” and my five year old boy said in total awe “don’t try this at home”. Our guide, Andres (?spelling) was so friendly, helpful in helping me get in & out of the kayak & so knowledgeable about what we saw and explaining how the springs fill the area. He was excellent! It was so beautiful wherever we went. Saw a group of different species of turtles on logs. Plenty of birds also. We walked part of the back springs rather than kayak which we highly recommend if you're don't have walking or balance issues. It was so refreshing. We saw so much more than if we would have sat in the kayak. Plus we could go further into the streams due to fallen logs preventing kayaks through. We would ask for him again when we take another trip. We tipped him well. Good thing we don't live close otherwise it could be very dangerous!!! Wish we would have bought enough to last us for a few days tho! Zach was absolutely amazing and helped us out with many of the exhibits to make our experience so much better. He took photos of us in some of the illusions too and was overall an amazing tour guide. He had to get back to his section at one point but he helped us SO much. Upon completion, we were leaving and a tour guide named Joy asked us if we had seen the Yeti. We had not, so she helped us "find" it. LOL and then I asked to see the manager (Juan) to give praise to Zach and to Joy. Amazing. I've got lots of photos in my cloud album.
