  • The ranking of tours, activities, and experiences available on Tripadvisor is determined by several factors including the revenue generated by Tripadvisor from these bookings, the frequency of user clicks, and the volume and quality of customer reviews. Occasionally, newly listed offerings may be prioritized and appear higher in the list. The specific placement of these new listings may vary.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Chris was an amazing tour guide. Chris picked me up from my hotel and immediately displayed his humble and humorous personality. We visited local and traditional sites before heading to world famous swimming spots which were absolutely breath taking. Chris is extremely knowledgeable on Samoan culture and history which he made it fun and interesting to learn about. I highly recommend this tour for everyone visiting Samoa. I give this tour 5 stars! ☺️

We had a wonderful excursion! It’s well worth the money as we got to see a lot of different sites, such as; Flea market (so many things), Robert Stevenson house (beautiful and very informative), Baha House of Worship, Papapapaitai Falls, Maninoa Ocean Club (for a wonderful lunch and a fabulous show), and the Sopoaga Falls!
The owner of this tour company, our guide Elijah, and Derrick (photographer) were all very informative, friendly, and professional. We had the best time! It was truly the best one we’ve been on.

This is such a great excursion and we enjoyed four different fresh and salt water swims all in one day! We loved swimming at Togitogiga Waterfall and watched our thrill-seeker guide leap off the waterfalls. Our swim at Lalomanu Beach had a “come and unwind in paradise” written all over it! On the spectacular coastline at Lotofaga Village is Sua Ocean Trench. Sua simply means “big hole” in Samoan, and that is exactly what it is. The 30-metre swimming hole surrounded by hanging vegetation sits in the middle of a lava field. Swimming access via a steep but sturdy wooden ladder was worth the “courage” to do the climb! Piula Cave Pool is a blue-green, fish-filled freshwater grotto, fed by an underground spring. It was pretty cool when a sudden torrential rainfall happened, and we swam deeper into the dark cave to take cover!

We travelled with other passengers from our cruise ship. Our guide Elijah and our driver Inei as well as staff photographer Derek were all wonderful. The bus was well maintained and comfortable. The market, waterfalls and the scenic drive was great. The meal at lunch and the entertainment was amazing.

The show was one of the funniest and most entertaining shows we have ever seen. The host was hilarious and the girls were absolutely stunning in their colorful Lavalavas.
The food was good and plentiful. We loved it!! We keep watching our videos and reliving the fun night. Highly recommend going!!

Even though we started the day out with torrential rain it didn’t stop us having an amazing time. Arthur was a great guide who answered all our questions and provided so much information as we drove through villages. The area is so pretty, the views breath taking. Highly recommend this tour to anyone.

Thank you so much Geoff for fitting us in for the Crater Lake hike, it truly was worth it! We had the best guide on the Island, Arthur aka Afa! You are the man! The most chill German Samoan I've met. He makes light work of the track, with his Indiana Jones-like machete in hand to make sure your face and feet are still pristine and untouched on the path by the surrounding plant life. So all that is required from you is a reasonable level of fitness and a go-get-it attitude. So just pace yourself and enjoy the scenery you will be treated to a plethora of exotic plant life, and red and yellow clay soil so make sure you have your camera ready for those picturesque scenes. We were fortunate it wasn't raining, but the track was still slippery and muddy plus the added humidity, the perfect combo for a good workout. Finally when you arrive at the Lake, just pause and take it all in, it is such a magical creation it was so calm and peaceful there and we enjoyed a refreshing dip in its emerald waters. When you are ready to head back, lunch is provided, and fresh tropical fruits and sandwiches just taste divine after such a solid adventure. My wife and I had a great time, so we highly recommend this tour for all you explorers, hikers, and just anyone who would love to go off on the beaten track and discover something different in the tropical landscape of Samoa. Fa'afetai lava Geoff, and Arthur for making this adventure possible.

Our half day tour was just perfect and right for us.
Firstly our booking was an error due to some reason that the dates were wrong but the tour owner kindly amended the date for us as this is our highlight of our stay in the lovely country of Samoa.

Our tour guide Tasi was frienddly, kind and he was so caring to our needs and ensuring that we are comfortable during the entire trip.

Places of interest were amazing to visit. It opens our eyes as tourist to the wonders to this country and what it can give and show to people.

Last stop was in the cave pool where we have a private chef that cooked us lovely lunch and the meal was presented in an exceptional way that we feel like special.

Highly recommended tour and a must do when you visit this country.

Thank you Tour Samoa and to our tour guide Tasi and to our chef. :)

Great Tour and insight into the small business of Samoa. Passionate people doing great things and cleverly utilizing the spirit that makes Samoa special.
Also, a massive rap for the team at Tour Samoa, approachable, friendly and just made the experience even better with their local knowledge.
