- Colton B10 contributionsOur Day was AMAZING!!! The best part was our guide Erman! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We started off our day talking over the spots we wanted to visit. Erman provided excellent insight into organizing our day to minimize wait times as well as best viewing. We went to the rice terrace where he walked us through, told us a little bit of the history and took phenomenal pictures! He provided us with a personal recommendation to a great lookout point to see the volcanos. The lunch was fantastic, very tasty and had a nice view. Then we went to coffee to try the local which I would recommend trying. Then we went to the monkey forest where Erman showed us how to get them to come up to you for some more great pictures. The pick up and drop off services were great considering we didn’t have a car. It was a great day with an excellent guide. - John18 contributionsHad the pleasure of a guided tour with Eka today.as a group we were not the youngest or fittest or in the best of health. One of us needed a motorbike assist due to medical condition which eka resolved. The rest of us puffed and blowed to the top and then dodgy knees made for a difficult decent. - Raquel_144London, UK253 contributions5* from the starting to the end of our adventure. We did mean to do the trekking 24.01.24 but unfortunately, both of us had food poison. We contacted the company to re-schedule and were so flexible that we knew was going to be a good trekking. Our driver, Arya, came to pick up us on the spot (03:30am from Ubud), he was really nice, polite and knowledgable. I would highly recommend to use his services. Our trekking guide, Wayan Gunawan, was excellent. We are already on our 50’s and he was pacient and waiting for us if we needed. We had 3 stops and he took us to see one of the best sunrise I have experienced before. The breakfast was lovely and took a lot of profesional pictures. On our way back to Ubud, Arya stopped the car in a coffee farm to experience Bali’s countryside. 5* services for this company. If you are planning to visit Ubud and want to trek Mount Batur, do not hesitate to use this company.
