Soap, sarongs (pareu), notecards, shirts, jewelry, and lots more. We learned that not all the items for sale are actually from Rarotonga or the Cook Islands. Food and fresh coconuts. Be prepared for a line at the atm. We sampled a couple of dishes and were not disappointed. Assisted us without any 'hard sell' and went out of their way to ensure we were happy with our purchase. This was a very special purchase to mark our 30th Wedding Anniversary and it was made complete by their professionalism and attention to detail. Further into the shop is the ice cream bar and that for around $5.00 blew us away, we struggled to eat the whole ice cream it was so big. They also make their own waffle cones - totally worth a visit. - Zoe W13 contributionsI stumbled on their stall today at the Sat market in Avarua. What absolute luck. The owner's daughter's frank, explicit, knowledgeable explanations about their Black Pearl farming production, her family's history in the industry, their future hopes... lead me to buy there and then. I had no intention to before she began patiently to hold my interest. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I may forget, regretfully, some of the facts & figures, but the feeling of respect for these farmers (holding onto principles of best quality from traditional methods) will always remain, especially when I wear my Manihiki Black Pearls.
