- Marcelo F1 contributionI am compelled to share my profound dissatisfaction with the services of Receptivo UP. This company, which positions itself as a provider of receptive services, has failed to meet the basic standards of communication and professionalism.
Initially, I made advance contact via email, seeking to confirm the details of the contracted service well before the travel date. However, two days before my trip, I received an email from the company claiming difficulties in reaching out to me, despite my numerous attempts to communicate. I tried both the mobile and landline numbers provided, to no avail. The mobile number led to voicemail, the landline appeared to be non-existent, and my WhatsApp messages remained unanswered.
Further investigation into the company revealed numerous unresolved complaints on Reclame Aqui, many without any response from Receptivo UP. Alarmingly, the physical address provided by the company does not correspond to a commercial establishment on Google Maps, raising serious concerns about the legitimacy of the business.
Other customer reviews consistently reflect poor service delivery, or in cases like mine, a complete failure to provide the service that was contracted and paid for in advance.
In light of these facts, I urge caution to anyone considering the services of Receptivo UP.
