We met lots of locals who were really chatty and gave us lots of tips of where to visit and where to avoid in Turkey/Fethiye.
Eric and all of the crew were very friendly and helped to make the experience one we will remember. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Ryan RSwansea, UK27 contributionsNice 7 hr boat trip around the area on the Grand Vega boat, visiting butterfly valley beach (it's a trek into the valley to see butterflies which we didn't do as it was too warm), aquarium bay, st Nicholas island, camel beach and another bay which I've forgotten the name of. We enjoyed having dips in the sea and jumping off the boat too.
Just note this isn't any different to the other boats that also visit the bays in the area, just that it is one of the quieter boats. We could see the pirate ship themed boats are more for the partying people when we were in the vicinity of them!
This boat does play music (speakers at the front) and does try to entertain those on the top deck.
The staff were friendly and even come to you to sell drinks. Lunch was good (chicken/fish with rice and salad). There were signs about not bringing food and drink on board but we still brought water as it was a hot day and I wasn't paying for water. Total bill I had was 1650 lira for soft drinks and snacks (family of 4).
The boat left after 10.30 as it was waiting for more people to come on board. It looked full but seemed to be enough seats to go around. Get there early though to get the best seats.

The mud bath was a tad weird at first but such an enjoyable experience, said to make your skin feel 10yrs younger 😂. Many choices for lunch. Oh because you’ll then push customers to change the day, you’ll spend their time and will not do refund until it’s done through viator. And of course you’ll refund in liras in a week or so when it gets devaluated for another 10% or so. - pimper71Macclesfield, UK138 contributionsWhat a fantastic day out with Mohammed and his team. Clean and tidy boat with a great crew. Drinks kept flowing and the team took us to some lovely stops to swim in the Mediterranean. Fed the fish with some bread to encourage them to us.
Lunch was simple mezze and fish or chicken, fresh and expertly cooked on board - very enjoyable!

We were lucky to have been with a great bunch of people that made the experience even more memorable. Overall an amazing experience and adventure that we got to share with great people. Again our guy Burak show great knowlege and positive energy and we enjoy and bus driver was great as well.Whole trip was different than other trips but not less interesting and exciting. Mud bath, river cruise and turtle beach(best beach definitely to visit). Lunch was huge again and you dont have to worry u will be hungry after that. Great picnic lunch and a small friendly group added to the enjoyment.
