From being welcomed so warmly by the lovely lady & Tarik, to the cleanliness of the place and the very expert, respectful attention from all the staff. It was a top notch massage by a very sweet lady. I wish I’d had this earlier in my holiday so that I could go back again but I left it too late. Honestly, cannot recommend highly enough.
Sonna did my Turkish bath & he was very good. Thank you so much to everyone. - D&J26Carlisle, UK115 contributionsI was staying at the Belcekiz when the spa staff were walking around the pool area advertising their business which is located within the grounds of the hotel.
I explained that due to an incident at work a few months ago that I have been having an issue with my pain and restricted mobility in my rotator cuff, they recommended a package which included a sauna, body scrub, hot foam bath followed by a full body massage, the masseuse identified the injury with manipulation in certain areas which were quite intense, but it was worth it as the pain in my shoulder was totally relieved. Well worth the £70 for nearly 2 hours.

My boyfriend and I went for the VIP Monty Package and loved every minute! The staff were very welcoming and very good at what they do, we left feeling so relaxed! It was our first hamman experience and I cannot recommend Esilay enough! - Karl C1 contributionI love a good Hamman and this trip I tried Serenity Spa. It was a great experience, so much so that I returned again a week later. I selected the deluxe package, Hamman, face mask and half massage. Both ladies did a great job, plenty of pressure and correct technique and pleasant communication. A very relaxed atmosphere, no feeling of being rushed helps with the overall experience. Old steam bath built around 400 years ago, Turkish bath includes, costume, slippers, sweat room, scrub down, soap massage,shampoo and cool down, at 75 TL it's a bargain. Picked up and returned to my hotel, all included in the price, which was great value for money. Will be returning next year and hope these two ladies are still there. After finishing the massage they offered if I wanted to drink water or tea, then after leaving the massage room they directed me to the relax room where tea and dried fruit were served. - Mark PPlymouth, UK165 contributionsOh my goodness. As someone who deals with constant leg pain, this place has been a saving grace for the last couple of weeks. Massage and Hamam have been amazing. Staff pull out all stops to ensure the client has a relaxing experience.
I’ve had massages before but nothing like this. As for the Hamam, simply ‘Wow’.
If you are coming to stay at Hotel Letoonia, do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a bit of TLC in the spa.
