Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The beauty is spectacular. The staff friendly and accommodating. I especially want to thank Johnathan in guest services and three tour/museum guides - Julia, Caroline and Finn.

I had an extremely wonderful experience. Very impressed with the schedule of events/experiences that was available to guests. No pressure to be involved or observe but to “ just be”.
Felt like I was in the Grand Canyon…but truly marveled at the surroundings. Look forward to more visits. God Bless

I really just happened on this amazing, natural wonder while traveling through New Mexico. I had gone to see the Georgia O'Keeffe museum and gallery and decided to see what was up the road.

When inspiration strikes, it is almost imperative that you follow the call, and I hope that Echo Amphitheater "calls" to you!!

We love to camp here, and did so for 2 weeks this trip. It's not a huge lake, but is in a beautiful setting. My husband brought his kayak along & fished from it 3 times on days when the wind was calm. You can get night crawlers at Bode's.

This tour is a special experience- a drive north of Santa Fe, they only allow 8 at a time, recommend getting tickets months in advance. You see the inspiration of the beauty of NM and Abiqui that inspired much of O’Keefes work and her aesthetic

Nice lavender farm with a variety of products. Very calm and pencil and enjoyed sitting on terrace with tea and coffee looking at lavender

We've never been in a mosque before, but when we stopped by, it was open and no one else was there, so we went in. We enjoyed seeing how the mosque was set up for worship, but wished we had had someone to talk to about what we were seeing.

This is a relatively little-visited Puebloan site reachable by trail from the small parking lot on US 84. (Directions say it's south of the Abiquiu Inn, as indeed it is, but the key thing to watch for is the Family Dollar storefront, just a few tens of yards north of the parking lot.) The 1.5-mile trail feels longer than it is, because of a few short, steep sections and quite a bit of loose rock; a hiking pole is a useful accessory. Your reward for continuing to the top (much better than turning around at the shelter midway), in addition to spacious scenery, is a restored plan view of just what the village would have been in the middle of, way back when. This view is complementary to, rather than duplicative of, the much more fully excavated/restored/preserved ruins at Bandelier National Monument or Puye Cliffs, and would be best enjoyed in conjunction with a visit to one of those sites. Do in morning or evening, midday sun being beastly on the unsheltered trail; fall is an excellent time to be there.

Wonderful gallery and artist home with huge variety in the older village opposite her house. Worth visiting and you might find a good but expensive souvenir
