Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- AtanasAGuangzhou, China12 contributionsWe stay for around 4 hours in February 2019. The small jacussy don't have bubbles. but water is very hot. It is small park with trees, air is very good. The place have 5-6 bigger swimming pools 1 small lake and maybe more than 70 small like jacussy pools. Another good thing is marble beds for relax which are very hot and pool with small fishes which peel your skin, very refreshingWritten 30 January 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - MacChina8 contributionsAquarium is beautiful but not very clear tour to know where to go and what you can see. There was not enough time to explore because we were part of a tour group. Very expensive shopping mall connected.Written 8 July 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Barb CLittleton, CO1,790 contributionsWe went there for a late lunch is there a few Chinese restaurants on the fifth floor. There’s also a Pizza Hut a McDonald’s or Starbucks a Haagen Dazs. The fifth floor has a small supermarket with a lot of imported goods all of which are quite pricey if you’ve never been in a Chinese mall It’s worth a stroll. It is easily accessible off the main boardwalk and just next to the ocean.Written 2 December 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - KL1234_12Taipei, Taiwan103 contributionsThis shopping mall is conveniently located and close to several large hotels. Many offers for make-up are really cheaper, according to my wife. Although there were a lot of people walking around, it was kept beautiful and clean. Apparently most of the customers bought something since many are carrying shopping bags. There were some very good restaurants around it, too, made it handy to stay longer.Written 8 March 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Kelly T1 contributionIt's kinda pretty. Went there with my husband and enjoyed our time there. - bennett2006Ho Chi Minh City600 contributionsSanya Pedestrian Street is a "street" in the middle of 2 buildings. The "street" is filled with neat rows of individual stalls selling beads, jewellery and the likes. Seems to me like every other stall is a copy of another - so many clones there. The 2 buildings on the left and right of this "street" are connected by linkways at both ends on Level 2 and up. Inside the 2 buildings are 4 floors of boutique shops selling mainly men and women apparel. Again it seems to us that they're catering mostly to domestic Chinese tourists judging from the fashion style. We didn't spend much time there as there wasn't really anything that interest us.Â
Getting there: You can't miss the entrance at Jiefang Road - a row of similar brown-coloured buildings with a prominent entrance arch. Left of the entrance archway is Watson's and MacDonald's on the right.Written 2 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
