Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Jairo GPanama City, Panama193 contributionsThis is the closest "beach" to the city, but i would not go in it. the neighborhood close by is not the best in the world.
There are a lot of restaurants and bars opening up here, and hopefuly that will fix up the place.Written 3 January 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Excellent time on board! If these guys are ever around, take the trip...its worth it! And the rum is great too!!!Written 21 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Debra SPrescott, AZ147 contributionsAmazing people who will get you to and from the San Blas, helping out any way they can. Their driver Raul is wonderful. He speaks impeccable English and knows the history of the area. Very reasonable and well worth paying to take away the challenges of visiting a remote place with controlled access. The beauty of the San Blas should be experienced. It’s breathtaking. Lam Tours and Judy can allow you to visit without stressing the details.Written 27 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
