Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Duncan D2 contributionsGo very early! Monkeys won't visit your boat if they are already fed by previous boats. They will be sleeping with their tummies full. Bring bug spray too and cameras.Written 11 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Sue MWilliamsburg, VA1,535 contributionsWe stopped here after traveling on the Amador causeway as part of our panoramic tour of Panama City for the views, shops, and taking pictures with the Panama sign.Written 7 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - MMII2 contributionsVery badly organized excursion. However, we spent a fun day just for the company of a couple who knew how to turn the bad situation into a positive one. 4 hours of real roller coasters by car (round trip). Arrival at the port and transfer by boat (5/10 min) to Isla Grande. A dirty island, an inadequate beach. Paid lunch. Only a few soft drinks bought at the supermarket by the driver. I wouldn't do the experience again for free! To be avoided. Time on vacation can be spent much better.Written 5 December 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Debra SPrescott, AZ147 contributionsAmazing people who will get you to and from the San Blas, helping out any way they can. Their driver Raul is wonderful. He speaks impeccable English and knows the history of the area. Very reasonable and well worth paying to take away the challenges of visiting a remote place with controlled access. The beauty of the San Blas should be experienced. It’s breathtaking. Lam Tours and Judy can allow you to visit without stressing the details.Written 27 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
