Khatyn Memorial Lahojsk District
Fantastic small museum on site and we met lots of delightful Belarusian school kids on a trip, they were an absolute pleasure and a credit to their country.
Indeed our guide has difficulty explaining the difference in pronunciation between the two massacre sites.

This church is very beautiful and make the center of Grodno amazing with that view I will come here for sure
The church is so close to the mail sights of grodno, so being there plese don't niss it!
Looks nice and has a good view of the river and town.
I love to watch that church from the bridge and you will love as well , in the summer is amazing view over the river
Extraordinary location of the church, mystic view of the castle and the river Nemunas can hypnotize you easily.
This fantastic site displays a grand host of the regional culture, where you can spend a couple of hours learning about the buildings former occupants.
The place definitely deserves its status of a UNESCO Heritage Site, as the atmosphere is both historical and charming, while most of the time you feel like a wandering knight :) There is also a local marketplace a...
The impressive Mir Castle Complex is a well deserved UNESCO World Heritage Site, located in the town of Mir, in Grodno region (90 km away from Minsk and 29 km away from Nesvizh Castle).

The memorial is on the site where more than 5000 Minsk Jews were murdered in the Holocaust.
Beyond the importance of this memorial from historical and memory point of view, this site is unbelievably touching.
Upper City Minsk
rebuilding historical center with a bar street Zybitskaya (not all bars are good) and nice view on river and Niamiha district from a very small hill near the cathedral church
You can also find some historic sights too.

Minsk Arena is located in one of the most cleanm from the ecological point of view, Masyukouschina.
I also recommend to walk from the Upper City toward the Museum of the Great Patriotic War, along Prospekt Pieramoscau, past the Palace of Sports, as that also has great views and a lot to see.
The view is ever-changing from parkland, industrial, roadside, forest and the city centre features of Gorky Park, Island of Tears and Palace of Sports.
Inside is absolutely fantastic view!
Historical landmark in the centre of Minsk

Whatever your religious views this church was a place of contemplative peace and tranquility.
There are wonderful views of the area.

Besides nice view and possibility to hear music, this building is an example of how can space be used - it's build right between two ordinary buildings.
It's in a way nice to see that also such a 'recent', lost war is remembered here, as most memorial sites here seem dedicated to 'the Great Patriotic War' or World War II.
Great to relax, learn some history from Belarus and enjoy the view of the birthplace of Minsk.
It's a famous soviet style landmark and a memorial to those who died in the World War II.
Access via a underground tunnel from road sites.

Minsk Gates Minsk
Coming from the train station my first time at night, wow, wonderful view to this lighted buildings.
The gates are located directly opposite the main railway station which offers some great views of the gates.
... a statue of Lenin, a large fountain, the Belorussian State University, the Minsk Mayor’s Office and the Church of Saints Simon and Helen (Known as the Red Church) are some of the sights located there.
Great Soviet landmark
Museum and restaurant are available on site as well.
The only other activity or site in the park is the home for the Belarus Santa, which I didn't visit, so can't comment on.
Restored and Renovated Railway Station, easy to navigate and located in Downtown, great view when you you will leave station on Minsk Gates
A great landmark
Place of free music concerts, cafes, historic sights
