We had a wonderful experience with Kay services Tour. Peter was very helpful with arranging local tours for us including the mud pool experience and snorkelling with sharks in the Nadi region.

We also enjoyed the customized road tour in Viti Levu from Suva to Nadi very much. The tour started off in Suva with pickup from our hotel in a comfortable and well-maintained van.

Our driver and guide Jon was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Fiji and provided excellent commentary throughout the tour. He showed us really impressive scenery along the coral coast and Maui bay and took loads of professional photos for us! We were even treated to excellent local cuisine at a restaurant at Sigatoka, which was absolutely delicious.

Overall, I would highly recommend Kay services tour for their efforts and enthusiasm in arranging local tours if you are considering visiting Fiji.

Tour was with Peter! So very knowledgable about all aspects of Fiji. He was very friendly and the surprising part; we realized he spoke French as well so we continued our tour in French. The scenery is spectacular, the pools and waterfalls so refreshing. A must do if you’re in the area! 🇫🇯 Thanks for this adventure.

John and Ester were amazing. John was extremely knowledgeable about the Fijian Culture and took us to quite a few places we would never normally have seen. We requested to visit an orphanage and they located one and arranged for us to visit. This tour was one of the best days we have had in Suva because coming by cruise ship we are very restricted by time so seeing the “real” Suva is difficult. Thanks guys for a great day!!!

Great day out, driver Sunny was excellent and very knowledgeable of the areas covered and Fijian culture and way of life and knew the best photo stops. Long day 12 hours, probably only suitable for adults.

We thought it was just a normal tour until we met the tour guide and the adventure started from there! Very friendly and professional at the same time, he brought us to the small village and we had a real trip to the past... the cannibal history, turtle, touching snakes, the 100 years temple...these was definitely!! Thanks to Kay Service for your attention to details and for making our trip to Fiji a "Do it again trip"

I wouldn't really call this a tour. You have no tour guide as such.
We were collected by our taxi driver who seemed confused about where we were going/what we were doing.
We went off the itinerary that was listed on the booking and got to see all those sites.
However, if you have your own car this truly isn't worth it. You're better off driving yourself around to see these sites as, again, there is no tour guide.

A beautiful spot, lovely warm water & a great pool or pools to swim in.
We went with a cruise group 2 bus loads so it was manic, but outside of a big group it would be a great way to spend a bit of time.
It's a 25 minute or less walk, down a road then a reasonably steep track but we'll worth it.

Very disappointing. Emailed and Whats App with Peter numerous times about customizing Suva Village tour. Said no worries, we would discuss when we met. Another group of 4 at meeting point when we arrived at 9. Peter said we were only booked Village Tour. "Should have discussed otherwise"!! One group went with Peter and another guide in nice van. We were sent to an old vehicle, dirty inside and out. Gravel and dirt on floor mats. AC "busted." Not a guide, a driver. Shared no info unless asked and often could not answer. "Village" show OK. Back in town at 10:45. Taken to museum parking lot to "await Peter's direction." Very hot, disillusioned, and in need of restroom. Opted to return to ship and we were dropped on street at least a block away. Not at all what was discussed or envisioned!

    Authentic and awesome!
The trip took us high into the real Fiji. Staying in villages with meals prepared by the resident ladies we were immersed in culture. Sharing stories and laughing a lot were highlights of the trip.
Some hills were very steep, but the guides were supportive and we all made the peaks.
We go to swim in beautiful waterholes along the Saratoga river and ate lunch on the banks.
    A truly memorable experience.
