Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Korina H1 contributionAmazing service and very welcoming from the get go! I’ve already recommended to others that will be visiting Fiji. The story about Oho/Oso cave was definitely worth the hike!Written 11 March 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - HT1027Henderson, NV66 contributionsWe booked a family scuba diving trip from our resort the Marriott Momi Bay. Our instructor was Gerald and he did a great job of getting the kids comfortable, first in our hotel pool where he gave them a quick lesson and then during the dives we did in the ocean. The crew made it a great experience pointing out sea turtles and taking us to some great snorkeling spots as well. They also had delicious snacks on the boat and plenty of cold water. Would highly recommend!Written 23 March 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

Calder is an awesome instructor, very knowledgeable and knows how to reassure you. Will need to do this again from a bigger height.

For us this included transfers from Denarau with hotel pick up, then a boat out to Cloudbreak and Wilkes.
Highly recommend

The company sent us email with instructions of luggage allowance, cost, pick-up etc.
Since there are four of us, we booked a private pick up.
- Communcation: thorough with details. There is a Wright limit of 15kg per person (including handbag). F$12 for each extra kg. Minimal 2 persons traveling. For 4 people, F$3260 (about 200 USD per person).
- Pick up: All arrivals from the US are early morning (4:30 AM from Honolulu, 5 :30 AM from Los Angeles). The team has someone meeting us at the airport. We were then driven to their lounge until our flight. The lounge is very clean with comfy sofas, water bottles, coffee, snacks, and a clean bathroom. We watched a short video for briefing and safety.
The pilot and staff are very pleasant and friendly.
Our pilot pointed out different islands during the flight.
Overall, we have a great experience and a lifetime memory. We definitely recommend this company.Written 27 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The boat was so comfortable with our family of 4, with a young 20 month old we were a bit worried about being on a sail boat but there was plenty of room and the crew were always very helpful.
We had fresh fish for lunch that was caught straight off the reef 10min earlier.
I can not recommend Luc enough was the highlight of our tripWritten 20 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Then we boarded “Big Blue Fiji” and had an experience of a lifetime. We were able to see so many islands and features that Fiji offers.
The boat was great, the crew was absolutely amazing. Jerry was an incredible Captain with knowledge of the islands, winds and beautiful scenery. George, 1st mate, was a great fisherman and extremely knowledgeable. Cisco, aka chief, was an incredible chef. Every meal was delicious. We ate like royalty.

Luke was prompt even bumping up our departure flight for a safe transport to Nadi so as to not cancel on us. The flight was as much excursion as it was transportation crossing crystal blue waters and lush green rainforest back to the airport apron. Thank you Luke!Written 27 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- annanferryBoulder, CO4 contributionsGodfrey is the man. We stayed at the Intercontinental for 3 days and on our first day I came across him in the beach and he just gave me a board no questions asked. The board was in good shape unlike others I saw being rented and myself and kids had a blast riding the baby waves in the bay. A great guy, good deal, and soooo much fun.Written 21 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Mary N25 contributionsWe have just returned, tired and very, very happy, from our amazing mountain bike guided tour through Bicycle Fiji. The owner Kai has been really great to deal with from my first enquiry, assuring me that their Ebikes would easily ensure I could do the mountain ride, he was flexible when we had to change the date and kindly picked us up and dropped us back to our accommodation for a very reasonable fee. We had the BEST day with local guide Esikeli, who gave us lots of information along the way, explained the best gearing for the bikes and allowed plenty of sight seeing and rest stops along the way. We passed through beautiful countryside and villages, the Ebikes made easy work of the steep climbs and the views at the top were incredible. We then returned via Nadi Town for a great included lunch at a local restaurant and the option of visiting the market before returning to Wailoaloa Beach. My bike had a flat tire about 3/4 of the way back and Kai drove out with a replacement bike (also offering to drive me back if I'd prefer but i was having way too much fun!) And offered additional water as well on a hot day. All in all a brilliant day, with great people and bikes. Thank you so much!Written 17 March 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- AJAuckland, New Zealand327 contributionsWe used Turtle Airways for our transfers between Nadi and Yasawa.
We were met at the airport by a very friendly driver and taken straight to the Turtle Airways plane. Once we were weighed and checked in we were on our way. The flight was amazing and such a good way to see the islands.
There were 2 couples in our plane and too much luggage so Turtle told us to take a carry on and the rest was sent over a little later which was fine.
The return flight was scheduled for 1:30pm but didn't turn up until around 2:40pm...not really sure why BUT we had planned that this may happen and weren't transferring straight back to Nadi Airport so I recommend this is done. These are only small planes and weather can be a huge variable.
Again, once in the air, the return flight was amazing (takes about 30 mins from Turtle Island Resort back to Nadi).
We then had a transfer to our next location in Nadi.
There were great communications through-out with Turtle Airways. Fantastic service overall.Written 26 November 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. All gear supplied and we had 2 Dave master given one of our party was relatively new to Scuba. They take cash or card. My suggestion use cash and avoid the 4% fee.
Felt very looked after as they knew the sites, paid attention to detail with good dive briefs and even swapped out our tanks. Apart from normal checks and enjoying the dives we didn’t have to do a thing!Written 31 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
