Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Situated just off of Queen's road between Nadi and Lautoka, the Sabeto Hot Springs and Mud Pool make a relaxing day trip from two of Fiji's biggest settlements. You first cover yourself in a thin layer of mud gathered in buckets and let it dry. Your assigned guide will take pictures and you are able to browse the small handicraft market while you are waiting to dry off. There are also people selling fresh coconuts. When you are dry, you then make your way through the four hot pools, which get progressively cleaner and warmer, and are heated by a natural hot spring. Prices are $30pp for adults or $15pp for kids. Towels can be hired for $5pp and massages are also available with prices in the photo. There are changing rooms and toilets/showers on site. You can take the Nadi-Lautoka bus and ask the driver to stop at the turnoff to Wailoko Rd. You will see a sign for garden of the sleeping giant here. From here it is about 4km to the mud pools. Taxis and a local bus do go along this route, but not frequently, so be prepared to walk. Not enthused with the idea of walking back the main highway, the people working there offered to drive us back to the main highway, which cost us $10.

This is a beautiful garden with lovely orchids dotted all around. I would recommend this to people of all ages as it doesn't take too long to walk around the whole thing (45 mins). You are given a tropical juice at the end to cool off with. *it is called the garden of the sleeping giant because myths say there was a giant who ate so much, he fell asleep at the top of the mountain and petrified which overlooks the gardens.* It would have been better if we had been given a map as it was hard to know where to go. Overall, this is a nice and beautiful place to go if you have an hour to spare.

This newer experience is a wonderful addition to the Nadi tourism scene.
The guide walks you through a recreated village explaining the culture. The fish and chicken is cooked in a traditional earth oven.. fantastic food!! Then the fire dancers delight.. loved it!!

Captain Cook tours did an amazing job entertaining us on the way to the island. Very friendly staff! The island is the main attraction. One of the most beautifull beaches I've seen. Staff again kept us entertained and had a great BBQ lunch spread. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Boat ride is about 60-80 minutes, but the water is pretty calm so people prone to sea sickness should be ok.

It was definitely an interesting trip to the market and one worth doing.
The prices of the fruit were a dream and delicious!
What I would say as a tourist, is to be on your A game. We were very naive! There are a few sharks out there, and they are very clever at drawing you away to shops for a kava ceremony and to buy their local goods.
Don't afraid to be very firm and say no thankyou.
Once bitten, twice shy. It did leave a bitter taste in the mouth.

Rakesh took us to Natadola golf course and return trip twice on this visit. We have had many golf trips and airport transfers with Rakesh and his family over many years. They always provide a great service with clean vehicles. We highly recommend and will continue to use and recommend.

Great people running the operation. Spoke of tradition and respect as well as providing a fun mud bath followed by a massage.

I heard a lot about this place and was warned that the road is not safe. But we set on a cross country journey with my dad. Went through the Sigatoka Valley Road and came right from the Nausori Highlands Road. This is the road least traveled with no road signs hence recommended for 4 wheel drives. You just have to trust your navigation skills as the area does not have network at places and the villages are located were far away. We did had to stop and ask for directions in few villages. But it all was all worth it. The view from the Nausori highland is worth the travel. We spotted out 2 or 3 waterfalls but they were quite off the road. Be ware of the wild horses that just run upon seeing the vehicle. Worth a trip to see the interior of Vitilevu.

It was a great choice choosing Xplore Fiji Transfer & Tours. We booked a pick up on arrival at Nadi International Airport, our flight was delayed but the driver (Muddy) patiently waited and looked for us. He was very friendly, helpful and informative about Fiji. At the end of our holiday we again booked a transfer with Xplore from Radisson Resort back to the International Airport. Our driver was Thomas and he was very nice and even though he couldn't find us at first he kept coming back to check to see if we were there. We were so grateful, also their transportation is wonderfully clean and it is obvious the drivers all take pride in their vehicles. Would highly recommend using this company while in Fiji. Coming back to NZ the difference in customer care was very apparent, we Kiwis could all take note of how polite and helpful the Fijians are.

My travel agent booked my solo trip to Fiji for my birthday and they arranged my pick ups from airport and marina thru Rosie Holidays Fiji. Rosie was very professional and greeted me at the airport so warmly! A rep was waiting there for me, I did not have to search for him, with an iPad that read my full name. They placed a handmade necklace around my neck and offered me a very cool sweet smelling towel and a fresh bottle of Fiji water. It was HUMID when I landed so these gifts were appreciated. Rosie also met me at the marina in Denarau, on time and patiently waited while I ran to buy a new luggage because I had shopped too much. His name was Luke and my last minute shopping delayed our departure but he confidently assured me he'd get me to the airport on time and safely. He did just that! He was so kind and caring and helped me load my luggage onto a cart at the Nadi airport before leaving. Rosie holidays is to be trusted and I will definitely use them again for my next travel needs.
