Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is exactly what an island market should be, low key, cruisy and chatty. A mix of local products, fruit and vegetables, clothing and music. I loved the row of "boutique" clothing shops in the second row, sarongs printed on the island the best are by Romias. The dancing display by the children was too sweet.

Was fortunate enough to visit Sunday service when travelling choral groups from outer islands were also visiting. The singing and indeed the whole service is a must do when visiting the Cook Islands!

I really liked this snorkel adventure with the family. The swim was easy and we were able to see a lot of cool things and I loved the shipwreck.

A great local Catholic Church with Sunday Mass services to suit everyone. Very welcoming congregation. Kids went off to Sunday School and reported back as to what they had learnt too. Fantastic singing. Windows and doors were open for great ventilation.

Took advantage of an overcast rainy day to visit art galleries, museums and shops. The Little Red Gallery was a lovely place with some amazing art. Worth a visit.

Thank you to Luke and Martha who recently assisted me in choosing the perfect pearl necklace, I love it! The quality and service is what makes this store different from the rest on the island.

Dropped by here - checked out the lovely shop and sampled some out of this world fudge wow but golly rich as. Further into the shop is the ice cream bar and that for around $5.00 blew us away, we struggled to eat the whole ice cream it was so big. They also make their own waffle cones - totally worth a visit. The perfumes although lovely I thought was very expensive however the souvenirs on display - you could get a good bargin.

Absolutely gorgeous building. Loved the building alone let alone some beautiful artwork. Really lovely local artist pieces. Very reasonably priced pearls too and a lovely looking cafe out the back.

A lovely shop with wide range of local crafts and treasures, not to mention some interesting chilli/coconut sauces. We picked up some sauces and other souvineers here to bring home.
