Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- John R1 contributionWow, What an afternoon. I chose Wahoo fishing charters because Wayne sounded like a good guy on the phone. I wasn’t wrong, both Wayne and JJ were excellent hosts, very knowledgable and liked a laugh. To top that off I ended up with the fish of a lifetime. I would highly recommend. I’ll be back.

Shame the whales were hiding that day, but the team made sure we had an awesome time snorkelling and doing donuts in the boat. By far our best day on Raro!!Written 29 August 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Kim KahlNelson, New Zealand236 contributionsThis is a MUST DO while in Rarotonga. Really comfortable vessel, great Captian Grant and his 1st mate..they have everything you need..Toilet, alcoholic refreshments...they generously take you out for hours into the beautiful blue waters around Raro..we saw whales in our 1st 5 mins, drank BYO wine and nibbles and could purchase more..sitting on the top deck listening to cool sounds and taking in
the stunning vista.Highly recommend
this to all..Written 5 November 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We lost communication with Elizabeth for over 1 month prior to going to Rarotonga even tho we had paid deposits, not answering email or phone calls. We had to threaten police action and ended up getting a 3rd party in Rarotonga o make her reply to us. She gave us the option to play golf. After confirming with the 40 people coming and collecting money she rung the course and they were closed. We booked the party bus, a bus with bench seats down each side, big lights and stereo etc. she turned up in what I think was a rugby club van. We were meant to go to 5 to 7 clubs. Our first stop was the rugby club rooms... 2nd stop was the islander pub.. then our stag fell over and the party bus/rugby van was cancelled. We paid $38 pp so about $1500 for the experience. Do yourself a favour and don't consider using this company as I believe she has lost all interest and is trying to cash up before going under the radar.Written 5 June 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - BarbagrigiaColorado237 contributionsLate in our six day stay we (at least one of us) wanted to go shopping. Since we do things together I reluctantly agreed. The hotel recommended this service and I am very grateful to pass along that recommendation. We were picked up on time and guided to shops and vendors that we would have never found by renting a car and exploring on our own. Ani and James were excellent and patient guides. They knew where to find what we (I use that word loosely) wanted to see and were willing to wait while we pored over the goods.
They also know where to get the absolute best cup of coffee on the island. Beans are ground as we watch and the cup is steaming.
I strongly recommend their service to anyone who wants to visit craftsmen and shops on Rarotonga.Written 26 June 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
