- Lynne W4 contributionsHad a great day out today snorkeling - Gio and Adi looked after us from start to finish - also helped me a lot as I am not the most confident swimmer. He was generous and thoughtful with the time and adjusted the day to suit our needs. He made the day really special. It was a perfect and full day seeing Bali for the first time. Exbi was great at making sure everything stayed on schedule and I got to and from everywhere I needed. Eka went above and beyond what I was expecting and was incredibly patient and kind. Jay was such an amazing photographer. He was able to help with poses and captured all the special moments throughout the day. Book this tour and make sure you ask for Exbi, Eka and Jay. - Jenis R C1 contributionPasek w-mangku su team were wonderful. Very punctual, planned and organised. We had no issues and everything was done so smoothly. The lunch was also very good. We really enjoyed the tour with them. You should definitely book with them. Loved the local temple and learning about local culture. Dastra is very knowledgeable and also fun to chat with. - Marnice B1 contributionKariasa was my driver, he was simply amazing! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and kind! He made me feel extremely comfortable and safe, which was extremely important since I was a solo travel . Kariasa made sure that I was receiving the experience that I’d hoped for. He was even able to help with suggestions for shopping places that would allow me to confidently purchase the jewelry I was looking for. Kariasa went above and beyond every step of the way. Took pictures for me and stayed with me the entire time. This package was great, and my driver for the day was Phenomenal!!!! Karissa even helped me feed the monkeys , and shared information about the culture throughout the drive.. My only regret is that we did not take a picture together.. Thanks Kariasa! Udia was very knowledgeable of all the surrounding areas and a very skilled driver. The snorkelling was also amazing. There were various fish and even seen a sea turtle. I felt they prioritized our safety offering life jackets and even a tow if we got tired during snorkeling. Very flexible and accommodating and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. We had kids (12, 8, 6) and they helped piggy back and carry them as well at the mountain.
