#2 of 40 Museums in Chiang Mai
This really was an entertaining experience and I can highly recommend as a change away from viewing temples and museums.
We had a great couple of hours here, we we had high expectations as it's a little pricier than most other galleries/museums in Thailand but we definitely felt as though we got our money's worth.

I found it to be one of the most fascinating private museums I have ever visited.
Their background (including childhood stories of falling in love with nature), and scatterings of little notes throughout the museum reminding you to love and appreciate nature, will soon have you charmed silly.

I came upon this garden and museum quite by accident.
The showroom is almost a museum.
#5 of 40 Museums in Chiang Mai
If you are interested in learning about the rich history and culture of Thailand's northern region, a visit to these three museums is highly recommended.
I recommend the combo ticket with 2 other surrounding museums if you can spare the time.

And those 2 museums are very different I visited 3 musums in Chiang Mai: Lanna Folklife Museum, Chiang Mai City Arts &Cultural Center, and Chiang Mai Historical Center.
We wanted to learn a bit about the history and culture of Chiang Mai and this museum did an excellent job of that.

This was a perfect half-day, low-key, air conditioned activity to do with my children, 7 and 4. The small museum had several wonderful exhibits from which we learned about the Elephant Parade, then we took a tour...
Visited Chiang Mai 10 times and was aware of the Elephant Parade, but this great social enterprise just added a wonderful museum and workshop.
