Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A real paradise next to the national parc. It was full when we were there but still amazing. There is another beach inside the parc which was really beautiful but you do not have access only if you are a visitor of the parc. Nice people .

We spent 6 days in Casco Viejo during our time in Panama. It is a nice area with quite a few beautiful buildings, a wide variety of shops, some great restaurants and coffee shops, the Panama Canal Museum and plenty of old churches to visit. The streets are clean and safe and the neighbors are friendly. Prices are higher than some other parts of Panama but you get a nice atmosphere in return. I’d recommend staying here but, if you are housed elsewhere, it’s a great place to visit.

It was better than expected. There were no lines to get in. The theater was a great temp. The food was good. We learned a lot.

Brian, Lester, Sebastian Juan, Hector were all great!! I recommend when you rappel down getting the rope over the leather part of your glove before you go down, but someone does support you from below

This complements the Museum of Maya Art & Archeology really well. If you feel the latter is too grown up, the Miraflores is a great alternative/addition. Located in a Mall, and featuring interactive displays and great views from the 4th floor terrace, this is a great place.

Our family had an amazing day full of adventure. Our guide Josue was informative, energetic and helpful. Our driver Omar was number 1! Would highly recommend this tour.

Was a very informative tour, I learned a lot about coffee. I loved the coffee at the end of it, as it was a very nice experience. The different processes and coffee was really cool. Our tour guide was very good and had all the answers to my questions.

Dely was our guide, an excellent guide. All the butterflies, simply amazing. She gave us a tour of the whole site, shared so much of her knowledge with us about butterflies. We will return next year.

There's a reason these are all 5 star reviews. We spent a month in Costa Rica, and this was our absolute highlight. We happened upon one of their handmade signs while en route from Montezuma to Arenal, and decided to break up the drive for our young kids. We got lucky with the falls all to ourselves (but it is regardless an incredible place to experience). The hike was easy (we had a 5 year old with us that we didn't have to carry), the water refreshing, and Alejandro and his family are so welcoming and helpful. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Our stay in the tree house was amazing, charming and unforgettable. Our guide Tereza was exceptional - she guided us through the jungle and shared lots of fascinating details. It was one of the most beautiful experiences of our vacation in Costa Rica. Listening to the jungle with an ocean view. Unique accommodation combined with Tereza services, great dinners, breakfast and freshly picked cocoa. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in nature and discover the wonders of Costa Rica in a truly magical setting.

Such an amazing art gallery with unique gifts and prints. Definitely a must see if you are in monte verde! We bought a print to take home and it’s so beautiful!

Great time surfing with Carlos and the other instructor whose name I unfortunately can’t remember. The kids (11, 13, 15) all got up and everyone had a great time!
