Nature trails, amazing art, and a perfect drive through some beautiful countryside.
The park has a great deal of Indian history, wonderful art work, a huge gun collection, and Phillips 66 and early oil history.
The Chickasaw Cultural Center is a history museum, art museum, cultural heritage center, nature center, fun and games park, library of native American literary works, and genealogical research center plus more.

As we entered the park we stopped and found the staff at the National park area very knowledgeable and helpful with planning on our trip into the park.

We loved how few people were at the park and it was fun to see the movie at the visitors center, hike some trails, see the bison, the prairie dogs and the Texas longhorn roaming around.
Everyone, kudos and adults, enjoyed their time at the safari park!

The Chickasaw NRA is among the best we have seen thus far!! Hiking trails, camping, swimming, fishing and nature are everywhere as well as a plethora of Rangers who are eager to assist!!
The kids loved the water areas, we all learned some things in the nature center with the park ranger, we hiked to the springs, and we hiked the cliffs, too.
The nature center is very modern and well maintained, lots of animals to see, hummingbird feeders well situated for viewing, turtles, snakes, etc. Lots of hands on for the kids.

I stayed in Medicine Park a week while attending the Comanche Nation Fair, and to explore the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge.

This is a great place to go for a walk around the park on wonderfully wide and smooth pathways, I think it is 2.5 miles, or a bike ride.
