Well run museums, (I LOVED the guided by Jamie Lee Curtis tour) a great film, and the burial site is breathtaking.

What a find!! Loved the intimate tour, the stunning grounds and views, the history of farming, the unique beauty of Hawaii, and the tastes (cane juice, coconut pulp, shredded coconut, and coconut milk).
The tour takes place on a private coconut grove in Lahaina; the land had various fruit trees and a beautiful view of Lahaina.
Waimea Canyon Waimea
Beautiful canyon, created by erosion and lava flow.... Beautiful views and lovely waterfalls..... it's well worth the drive, take your time and drive all the way to the top and loop back around.... Lots of curves,...
This is the perfect destination - the viewing spots are situated so people of limited mobility can access the beautiful sights and the hiking trails for those that are capable are fantastic!

Flavoured mac nuts, coffee (harvested by hand on site), chocolate covered goodies, honey, and more.
We even discovered that Brenda grew up in our town and we connected on the local sights and sounds.
There are FREE coconuts on site along with sharpies if you want to color there.
We heard about this from this site.
If you're like me and you enjoy a good hike, there's a nice hiking trail just to the side of the lookout where you can catch more views and have a little fun.
The view is always gorgeous but if you are lucky enough to hit it on a clear day where the sun is out, and the clouds are just right, it is absolutely stunning!

We went to four services (0930 mass) each Sunday we were there, and met quite a few people at fellowship after the service at the on site hall (coffee/juice and light snacks).
Gift store on site for souvenirs.
