- Alikr2015Auckland Central, New Zealand73 contributionsReally enjoyed this experience. We were a group of four who were able to ask questions and learn a lot. We were fortunate to have the owner with us so it was super interesting to hear about his journey. Really enjoyed having the food with the wine. Only complaint would be that you had to move between the wines maybe quicker than you want to as someone is guiding you through it so it can go to your head as they are not small tastings.Written 8 February 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Randall Blackford14 contributionsOneroa is a lovely beach that is long and flat... super for a morning or evening walk. Everyone is friendly and says hi!Written 25 February 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Mary D30 contributionsThis place is a joy to visit! Full of old musical instruments which are mostly in perfect working order. My favourite was the piano which worked by pumping the pedals!! It played the music as if you were a Maestro!!
The lady in attendance gave us a very comprehensive history of the place.. it is maintained on a voluntary basis and relies on donations from visitors. They have recitals there every so often. A very interesting and enjoyable place to visit.Written 8 March 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Linda KAuckland Central, New Zealand733 contributionsI’ve done a lot of adventures over the years and, while the physical challenge is always welcome, not all experiences rate as superb. This one does and the difference is Andrew. From initial contact, to final farewells and follow-up email with photos and tips, Andrew doesn’t miss a beat. He’s made for this kind of experience - organised, kind, safety-focused, a great communicator, knowledgeable and fair. But above all else, his personality is perfect for customer-focused adventuring. He’s fun, funny, inclusive and a real gentleman. I had a ball riding the segways and I’m 65. Andrew helped develop confidence and then trusted us to proceed at our own level. What a wonderful evening of riding. I can’t recommend this activity highly enough and would absolutely love to do it again. Beach, hills, vineyards, bush, views and just enough challenge - what a wonderful experience.Written 15 December 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - tbmorettiAnn Arbor, MI1 contributionI spent the day enjoying and learning about native plants of Waiheke from Justine and stopped at a few vineyards on the way! Would highly recommend this tour to any wine lovers who want a more active way to see Waiheke's vineyards.Written 30 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Hannah POshiage, Japan10 contributionsGrant was an absolute legend. The winery tour was a highlight of our trip. The vendors were a delight, and the wines even more so. 10/10 for fun and a great way to see a truly beautiful part of the world. Even if it is full of kiwis. 🤪😂Written 16 March 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- OG SwiftyAuckland, New Zealand111 contributionsWild on is vineyard place with fine food and wine but also activities to help entertain guests or attract more adventure oriented visitors. Both archery range and electronic clay shooting were fun and 30 minutes passed so fast that I was only beginning to have real fun. Meals served with vine weren’t the best I had in my life but nothing too bad either. Worth noting Wild On accommodated our large group of friends on busy weekend despite not having made any reservations so big thumbs up for their customer oriented approach. Great fun!Written 1 August 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Aby Chalmers1 contributionBianca and Ami are very special people that made our HoopAway Retreat so amazing, they are generous to a fault, welcoming, and so much fun to be around. Bianca is a wealth of knowledge on Aotearoa and the Maori culture, and Ami is the most amazing cook ever. Staying on the Marae was an unforgettable experience, I highly recommend Potiki Adventures if you are seeing the sights in Waiheke, you won't be disappointed! See you next time B and Ami xWritten 15 March 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
