We booked this Tour with Steve for 4 of us. Steve met us at the ferry pier
With his 4WD to tour the island to places where the buses and normal transportation would not go.
Steve was very friendly and was able to provide a very flexible and relaxing day.
We visited beautiful beaches and great scenery and visited two wineries and we had lunch at Man A War winery.
A private tour is the way to go if you really want to see the island at your own pace.
Thank you Steve for a lovely day

My husband and I visited Waiheke in August 2018. First of all booking was simple. Online reservations, easy and clear instructions. On arrival to the ferry terminal Justin was waiting with his sign and bright smile. We were a small group of 4. We started with a visit to the mud brick winery. It has lovely gardens and some good wines which must be sipped quite quickly. Unlike the Italian wine tasting tours where you are served bread and cheese along with your wines, here you just sip on glasses of wine. Therefore be sure to have a good breakfast to line your tummy.Wise enough Justin prepares a lovely meal of sausages, steaks and salads after the Dellows wine tasting. We ended our trip at the Batch winery. Here we were informed of the entire process and ere shown the process and equipment. Following which Justin drove us back to the ferry terminal.
Our guide Justin, his well organised tour and scrumptious meal, beautiful Waiheke and of course the lovely wines made this trip memorable. We will surely go back to Waiheke but the next time for an overnight stay. Cheers Justin !

Not only are the view's up there from this chunky Unimog ex-defence force 4x4 but this has been one of our favourite Waiheke experiences. A new perspective high above the rugged gravel roads looking across farmland towards the outer Hauraki gulf. Simon has all the kit for fun once we arrived at Man O War bay - he makes a wicked coffee too. Next time i think we would add on the boat trip option which we hear offers a coastal excursion either back or on the way to meeting up with the Unimog.
