Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Margaret R1 contributionMy grandson and I booked the 5 day Gourmet walk with Wilderness Guides for the Queen Charlotte track. Everything about this Company is exceptional. The organisation in the office to make sure everything fits together is so professional and friendly. We had a fantastic guide (Sean) who had a great personality and was so knowledgeable on the flora and fauna of the area.
The walk is quite strenuous, especially the third day, but is definitely worth the effort, it is stunning, such beautiful scenery, and a different view around every bend, and you know at the end of every day you have a great place to stay with excellent food and wine to look forward to.
A wonderful experience, and sense of achievement.Written 11 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - quiller003Shrewsbury, UK290 contributionsan area that has been predator-proofed and restored with natives plants and wildlife, all doe by volunteers. You can only get there by boat but you get 2 hours there - plenty of time to enjoy the scenery and listen to the birdsong.Written 2 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
