We had a brilliant afternoon in a small group tour. Our guide, Lynley, made sure the ice was broken and the group were happy to chat. She had great information to instil and gave us the background on each winery we were to visit.
All four wineries were very welcoming & informative on their wines which also tasted great.

Gavin was great at introducing us to the other members of our group and to the wineries that we visited.
The four wineries that we visited just to taste the wines were excellent and different to each other. The middle (5th) winery we had lunch at was an excellent choice for food.
The day was one of the best wine tours we have done, it was a great group of fellow tourists from around the world.

Great experience. Saw lots of wild life. Nice hiking experience with great views.
Our guide was informative and our Captain Andy was successful in finding the sea life.

We had a fabulous day - it was more than ever hoped for! Great communication and we were met by smiling faces who wanted to make sure we were happy. Four stops with amazing wines to try and learn about. The final stop for lunch (at own cost) had great food - the locally sourced platter particularly. Great value and memories to take home forever.

Great tour - 4 wineries & chocolate stop - all wineries had great knowledgeable tasting stewards. Good quality wines. Only rec for future would be a small tour of one of the wineries - this tour is tasting only

Nice beginning to our time in Picton . There are two companies that run this. One for cruise and another for the wineries. We had another booking with the winery tour. Fortunately they adjusted to take us to different wineries on each.

Darlene is the BEST. She explained winemaking in a way that was easy to understand and that honored the art of making wine. I learned so much during this tour and tasted some of the best wines I've ever had. My friends and I had such a good time despite the day being rainy and chilly. This was a fantastic tour!

A most enjoyable day started with collection from our accommodation and then onto two wineries for wine tasting. Both were made interesting by the staff and were unhurried and after the second one we had a platter lunch. From there it was a 30 minute transfer, with interesting commentary from our driver / guide Maureen to Picton, where we met the large catamaran boat. The captain provided an almost running commentary as we toured the local sounds, which was most informative. After anchoring everyone enjoyed green lipped mussels, or an alternative plus salmon, all BBQ on board.
Overall an excellent and very professionally organised trip and many thanks for making it happen.

It wasn't the best of weather but you can't always plan for that. This tour is great value for money and we had the island to ourselves, maybe because it was overcast and windy. The walk to the top was a good workout for my unfit better half and my unfit self. the views are great but there aren't many stops along the way to sit and try to sight birds. The best sightings we got were at the beginning of the the trail. The boat arrived back on time and we took the option of a free add on to lunch at Furneaux Lodge. This time the boat was quite late in due to weather but we still arrived back in Picton at a decent hour. A tour offering great value for money.

A spectacular day with Cam, a great way to spend the day and see the beautiful Marlborough region if you have limited time in the area. Cam was not only a friendly, funny and incredibly knowledgeable host, he was also incredibly accommodating of us having a non-drinker in our group and arranging pick up from our cruise ship port. Very good sized group to tour around with and get to know and a great variety of wineries visited

Very professionally run tour on a vessel designed for Arctic conditions .
The ship is very well mated out with a maximum of 140 passengers & first class dining, cabin service, tours to remote inaccessible locations.
These include temperate forest walks with guest speakers onboard that highlight flora, fauna & local geology of the various landing locations
My first ever cruise & first time to New Zealand
Very good value all inclusive tour packages.

We had a wonderful time. Our guide Pamela was accommodating and very knowledgeable. She came up with a great itinerary, but allowed us to add in a few things. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

First I have to apologize as this is wildly overdue. Initially I reached out to Pamela via email and we were able to organize a one-day private tour for my wife and I, accompanied by our 12 year old daughter who's effectively a teenager. Trying to combine a scenic and wine tasting experience while also creating some fun for our city daughter and giving her some feel for a more rural existence.

Well- the American phrase to best describe it, is, Pamela "knocked it out of the park". Wine tasting, beautiful vistas, farm visits for our daughter (and a special surprise even I did not know about!) And Pamela bent over backwards to organize our transfers from the airport in the AM and to Linkwater in the evening. On top of all that, it was terrifically pleasant just to spend the day with Pamela and her local knowledge.

Phenomenal. Tremendous memories, absolutely the best money we spent in New Zealand, can't recommend Pamela March & Your Local Chauffeur highly enough. Belatedly, thank you again Pamela! We truly hope to be back.

In all honesty, we cannot be certain of the name of the tour...no...it wasn't the effects of too much wine... we simply did not realise they offered so many tours.

What we wanted was a local tour operator from Picton, where we were on a cruise ship, to take us around a range of Marlborough vineyards and to see the wonderful scenery...but not in a big group coach....and to be back in time to rejoin our ship..... We got precisely what we asked for.

We visited St Clair, Cloudy Bay and Forrest cellar doors and our price included a good tasting at each location. We also visited VInes Village cafe and road-stop complex ,for a non-included lunch stop, the Makana chocolate factory and still had time for a scenic tour....and got back nicely in time for the shuttle back to the ship

All this, coupled with an informative clear speaking local driver who was considerate to each passenger, (despite some language issues wit hour fellow guests - overall a really good trip and one we will repeat when next in Picton. Hope this helps.
