- K LLake Placid, FL230 contributionsEnjoyed a sail across Cook Strait in the Premier Lounge. Seating was comfortable and included a buffet with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Buffet offered a variety of entrees, salads, and desserts. Staff was attentive. Lounge had bathrooms and is only for age 18+. One disappointment was the limited side view. You had to go to public viewing areas (inside or outside) for a bettter water view.

The offices are offsite to Queenstown or the Airport, so we really appreciated the taxi reimbursement when we had to make our way there from the CBD. The shuttle from the depot to the airport was quick and easy. All in all a smooth process from booking, pickup and drop off. Very friendly professional staff who appeared very knowledegable about attractions in the Marlborough sounds.
