Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Ian A1 contributionDid the two-tank dive with Chris (the diver) and Chris (the skipper). Cold westerlies on the surface but fantastic diving conditions on the wreck.
Chris was very well organised and safe. When we were on the wreck he guided us to see the best corals and fish, adapting the plan to what we saw along the way.
The skipper moved the boat into the lee of Old Woman Island between dives for some coffee and hot soup.Written 18 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. She's been asking to try this out for a while so I knew that she would really love it as part of her birthday present. Yes it was pricey in terms of us both seeing 3 films each ($60) considering each film is about 5 -6 minutes each, but I must say that we did enjoy the experience. We saw the Temple one (bit like raiders of the lost ark), the Great wall of china and the roller coast one. We agreed that we loved the roller coaster and the Great wall of china one the best. The temple one was a little scary.Written 27 April 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- JamestravelsSALiverpool, UK4 contributionsYesterday we dived the HMAS Brisbane Ship Wreck with Scuba World Mooloolaba. The whole experience was really enjoyable from the get go. The Staff were great. A special shout out to Tim our dive guide who looked after us all morning. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. Jake the Captain was also top class and got us to the Wreck and back in no time.
Would highly recommend, and we'll definitely be back for other dives in the area.
Cheers guys,

for the whole family getting the PADI OW certification. Well organised , great selection of rental gear and great attitude from the whole team over the three days. Special thanks to our instructors Mark , in the pool, and Sheridan for the 2 days in the ocean. Been back to dive with them since certification and same experience each time , super beginner friendly and always feel well looked after. Surprising how much there is to see just 10-15 mins from Mooloolaba.
Highly recommended. Give the Nurse Shark dive a try for sure in season a definite highlight ( not listed on trip advisor but it is a standard dive from their website). Saw 6-7 large sharks each dive often within very close (arms length)distance in pretty good 15-18m visibility.
10/10 will dive with them again.Written 21 July 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I have srufed for the last 3 years but the improvements I I have been able to make after 3 classes with Robbie and Josh are already visible. They helped me identify issues with my paddling, angling and stance and helped me correct it. From a technical perspective I was able to grasp how to move my body along with the board and how to read the ocean better to catch more waves. I will definitely be going back for more lessons in the futureWritten 3 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
