- Jemmah S1 contributionI called to book my appointment the day before; customer service was amazing and I was booking for a Tuesday so I didn’t have any trouble getting a spot.
I booked a taxi with Sun coast cabs that never showed up so I had to jog the 1.5k from our accommodation to the location, I called reception and explained that I would be a little late, they were polite and fine with my being late.
I was first up for the morning so went straight in - the massage was amazing!!!! The facial was nice but there was nothing applied to the eyes or lips so I felt like it wasn’t complete.
45 minutes in the salt room.. I became pretty anxious and uncomfortable when I first entered but it didn’t take me long to focus on some meditation, gratitude, and how pretty the glowing rocks were. I was expecting an actual cave, this is not the case - it is a room with rocks and walls of salt. Still impressive and a really nice experience.
Would absolutely recommend! Hubby has had a recent ankle operation and he enjoyed the massage on his ankle so much. Honestly, I forgot about all the ‘life’ issues and enjoyed being in the moment. Liv and her team provide a personable and professional atmosphere to satisfy the most deserning cocktail drinker. Their communication was excellent and personal customer service, outstanding. I cannot rate them highly enough for everything that was done for us. From patience with our young family members and their safety while travelling, down to playing “Tetris” with all our luggage.
We were transferred to and from the SC airport, Australia Zoo, Brisbane and back to the Sunny coast with no dramas what so ever. All of our drivers, Lynley, Mark and Natasha were welcoming, easy going, and reassured us any of our needs would be met if requested on our journeys. They gave our holiday the reliable support and assistance required and we were impressed on their dependability.

We both had the steak sandwich from the lunch menu, it was tasty, tender and neither of us could finish the chips. The outlook is nice, being above the street. It was quiet but I imagine it can get very busy at night or weekends. - FarAway7437921 contributionWhen I complained of a bad back and neck, I was referred to Troy by a friend who said “you absolutely must see him”. So I did. I later described the experience to Troy as “heavenly” because I felt such an immediate benefit. His strong fingers and hands intuitively knew all my tight knots. The massage was mainly pleasurable with the occasional grimace as he worked deeply on tight areas of tension that needed release. Nothing seemed to bother him, got to the breweries easily. He ensured everyone had their requests fulfilled and beers enjoyed. I did the Sunshine Coast Craft Beer tour and happily recommend this tour. I’m not a beer drinker but everywhere we went I got to enjoy lots of drinks cider, gin, ginger beer and other beers that were different and unique.
