Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This was a good trip although the crowd on the boat made it a little difficult to get a rail to see the whales. My main concern was the safety aspect of being told lifejackets were under each seat.We were upstairs.Several passengers near me looked and commented it was not there. We finally established there was a large bag of them under a front seat. My wife cannot swim and felt she would like to have quick access to her jacket in an emergency. A good trip but I feel this should be looked at.

It was a lovely sunny day. The cruise left on time with about 20 passengers. The captain and two crew were friendly and efficient. We didn't have to wait long for cold drinks. The captain's commentary was informative but also funny and interesting. An enjoyable hour on the river.

Wonderful experience seeing the whales. It was amazing, the whales slapping their fins on top of the water, and making blowhole noises and other sounds - I will never forget this. Highly, highly recommend.

This sunset tour should not be missed if visiting the Sunshine Coast. Fabulous views, calm, relaxing and really great local live music while sailing. Staff were friendly and really helpful with everything. Great way to see all the canals, sights and of course beautiful sunset. You arrive back to the wharf where you have a multitude of restaurants to choose from for dinner.

Great cruise, very relaxing with the “captain” knowledgeable about the local area and particularly the houses. As promised, sunset photo opportunities. We had a lovely time.

We were picked up on time from our hotel (actually a little early). There were only 5 people on the tour which made it easy to chat and keep to the allocated time at the stops. Our driver Peter was a local and was informative and friendly with some interesting stories. The cheese factory gave us a great selection of cheeses -enjoyed sitting outside. Lunch at the secret lake restaurant was in a lovely setting on a patio beside a lake. The food was tasty and the serves were large. The two small towns that we had free time in were worth seeing. The chocolate shop had lovely samples to take home. The scenery and viewpoints along the way were excellent and would have been hard to travel to without a car. A most enjoyable day.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. So much better than any other whale watching boat I have ever been on. There was no struggling to see past others. We made some fantastic memories this weekend thank you crew.

Amazing tour, from Mooloolaba, got collected from where we were staying, a full day trip inc chocolate tasting as well as wine and cheese. Lunch at the Secrets Lake, went to Montville and passed through lots of other towns. 100 percent well worth going on this tour.

I am very well heeled global traveller with hospitality and maritime experience so this tour grabbed my attention so interested I booked
by phone which was a taken through the procedure outlining the tour
Greeted at the marina by very friendly captain and hostess - I was first to arrive so could see they greeted everyone sincerely as I was (a rare quality is a sea of mediocre tour operators) after the safety brief including weather reports we headed off
The boat with high sides and intel monitor screens where a bonus in not perfect conditions gave a very comfortable and exciting ride
We saw a whale breach far out off the port side and there were Dolphins in wake -
I cannot recommend this operator and staff and boat highly enough
Only wish I had more time in Mooloolabah as I’d do it again and again
Well done You Guys!!! And Thank You
Don’t often write on these things but was so impressed

Great day out. Jeff our driver and guide picked us up from our hotel in his lovely clean and shiny coach. We then picked up other passengers and made our way to the Eumundi Markets. Jeff gave us lots of interesting information on the drive concerning places we passed and local history of the area. We dropped off the passengers for the market and continued on our way to the Ginger Factory. Jeff helped us purchase tickets for the tasting and tour. It was so interesting and fun later at the tasting test area. We then explored the wonderful soundings of the factory and then visited the nut and chocolate factory. Jeff was waiting for us and we travelled back to Eumundi markets where we spent an hour before picking up the other passengers for the trip back to Mooloolaba. The whole day was delightful with so much information and things to see and do. A great day. Thank you Jeff.
