When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- peter_g_brookerGreater Melbourne, Australia125 contributionsThe walk up to point Cartwright and the lighthouse is a steady but manageable uphill for 1 kilometre. The walkways are smooth and easy to use offering frequent glimpses of of the Pacific Ocean and the local beach. The water tank painted at the top of the point is spectacular . Behind it is the lighthouse and views north along the coastline , looking as far as Noosa. Take the option to come back down along the river inlet offers view of the river , fishing fleet and the canals around Mooloolaba. Loved the walk.Written 30 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Ian A1 contributionDid the two-tank dive with Chris (the diver) and Chris (the skipper). Cold westerlies on the surface but fantastic diving conditions on the wreck.
Chris was very well organised and safe. When we were on the wreck he guided us to see the best corals and fish, adapting the plan to what we saw along the way.
The skipper moved the boat into the lee of Old Woman Island between dives for some coffee and hot soup.Written 18 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Jemmah S1 contributionI called to book my appointment the day before; customer service was amazing and I was booking for a Tuesday so I didn’t have any trouble getting a spot.
I booked a taxi with Sun coast cabs that never showed up so I had to jog the 1.5k from our accommodation to the location, I called reception and explained that I would be a little late, they were polite and fine with my being late.
I was first up for the morning so went straight in - the massage was amazing!!!! The facial was nice but there was nothing applied to the eyes or lips so I felt like it wasn’t complete.
45 minutes in the salt room.. I became pretty anxious and uncomfortable when I first entered but it didn’t take me long to focus on some meditation, gratitude, and how pretty the glowing rocks were. I was expecting an actual cave, this is not the case - it is a room with rocks and walls of salt. Still impressive and a really nice experience.
Would absolutely recommend! Also I booked the ‘January special’ which I thought was a very reasonable price for the service.Written 11 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
