Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- pkh213Fairfax, VA155 contributionsWe were glad to be in Nelson to enjoy the Saturday Market. We walked through the food and craft vendors. My husband bought a leather wallet. There was tasty Paella and bratwurst.Written 9 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Ruth1 contributionThe mall itself is great but as said in another review The Hungry Wok is not the best. While some of their food is very healthy I found it difficult to taste any meat in the "meatballs." When opened they are more like flour balls. They may have mixed a small amount of pork or chicken in them but I couldn't taste either... just flour. Bit of a scam going on or someone forgot to put the meat inside them that day!Written 13 March 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
