    wonderful trip
    Wonderful cruise in a smaller boat, commentary was great, team were superb when I had to change dates - extremely accommodating and very kind and helpful at all times. I took the recommendation to go in the afternoon for a quieter trip and was very glad I did that, the views were spectacular and it was great that there were very few other boats around.Milford Sound is absolutely incredible and well worth the journey.

    Amazing experience!
    We had an absolutely amazing experience. Our tour guide, Abhijit, was very friendly and she showed us lots of exciting stops along the way. We would absolutely reccomend this trip to any of our family and friends thinking of travelling to Queenstown and we cannot emphasise how much of an asset Abhijit is to your company. Keep up the great work!

    Fantastic guides
    Our captain Kanu was really lovely and answered all our questions. The commentary was great and we loved getting to see some seals. Free tea and coffee also a plus. Thank you!!

    Milford is great no matter the weather
    Shelly was an amazing tour guide. She provided so much information along the route and made the drive really engaging and interesting. In addition to seeing so much beautiful scenery, we learned a lot about the area. The ride was very comfortable and there were ample stops. Despite the rather poor weather, we still had a really great tour.

    Dolphin spotting on Milford
    Spectacular views even in the wind and rain. Great way to see Milford from Queenstown if you have no transport . It’s a tight timescale so not much time to spend at the lookouts but the cruise was worth it .. we had dolphins on the prow the whole cruise .. made it worth while braving the elements. Lovely crew .. on a sunny day it would be great , but fewer waterfalls

    Like stars in the night but with glow worms!
    Well organized; friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. The walk in the cave, the force of the water, the boat ride, the glow worms... We loved the experience. Great place.

    No Doubt that it was a great experience
    We did this cruise today and we're really pleased that we chose Doubtful Sound over Milford Sound as the road to MS has been closed for a week.
    It was a 7 hour experience and even though it was a cold, wet day, the boats and coach were warm and comfortable. Food could be pre-ordered and collected at Lake Manapouri or you could bring your own. There was free tea and coffee aboard the boat taking us across the lake or you could purchase other beverages. Food and drinks could also be purchased on the boat which took us around the sound.
    All the staff were friendly and helpful and we picked up lots of interesting information from the commentary.
    The scenery is spectacular and it is just a lovely, relaxing day.

    Great day no matter the weather!
    We thoroughly enjoyed this tour - it was a great combination of some amazing sightseeing with informative insights (and a few Kiwi jokes) from Ro along the way. The waterfalls on Milford Sound were spectacular and definitely worth seeing, whatever the weather.

    Great trip with a very knowledgeable guide
    This trip was brilliant. Our guide Steve was amazing. He was so knowledgeable about everything - geology, local history, the Maori culture and even explained why some countries started driving on the right hand side of the road!!! The boat trip on Milford Sound was brilliant and the lunch was great.

    It was absolutely incredible and a must do. Our guide was so knowledgeable and attentive. It was a 10/10 experience for us and we highly recommend.

    Don't miss this Gem
    All I can say is 'WOW' this trip was phenomenal. The Captain and crew were amazing, they had thought of absolutely everything from comfort to the overwhelming surroundings of Doubtful Sound. What an experience we'll never forget it. We had sun and showers, the sun gave us beautiful moments and the rain gave amazing waterfalls and rainbows. Such a comfortable cabin and great sleep and the chef made some superb food. Well worth the money and highly recommended 👌 thank you team of the Fiordland Navigator you are amazing 👏🏼 🤩

    Milford sound day tour including cruise

    Seamless and Spectacular!
    Believe the reviews. There are once in a lifetime experiences where you have high expectations and they are exceeded. This was such an experience. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Captain Anthony and the rest of the Air Milford crew.

    doubtful sound
    short bus ride from Te Anau, then got on the boat across lake manapouri, the bus ride over the pass was good although some clouds. we did stop at the overlook on the way back as the weather had cleared. excellent boat ride, waterfalls, saw some penguins swimming. wine, drinks and food on the ship although we brought our own. highlight of the trip
