Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- mazza21 contributionsTime was against me, so I walked up the Tiki trail and then to the Ben Lomond lookout. If it says 1 hour I learnt to be kind to me and double it. So 1 hour on tiki trail is for normal people. It took me 2 hours. Nice and rugged with mist challenges in the first quarter.
The lookout was great for a light lunch and sunshine.
I’ll have to come back to complete this walk. Definantly need the daylight for the Real Ben walk.
If you have bad knees or have trifocals I’d suggest the gondola down.Written 30 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. She didn't want to leave Mum and daddy's side, and there was a lot of tears. She had never been to the snow before. But Holly at Skiwiland said let's give it a try. She picked her up and took her straight to the other kids. I left and was able to look from a far. It seems like only after 15min She was outside in the snow doing snow angels with a smile. After a few hours they had her dancing and skiing down the small slope. I can't thank Holly and the other instructors enough for making our little girl so happy. Great service for the price. I would do it again.Written 22 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

Need your own car to drive through the park, and also a bit of patience as other drivers will throw feed onto the road and block it when the animals inevitably eat it.
Try to park your car and walk away from it to feed the goats particularly otherwise they will scratch your car trying to get into it to get feed.
It is really great experience to see all the animals just have to drive very carefully.Written 22 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - JMustBath, UK18 contributionsPleasant staff. The experience is more for teenagers than adults. I’m not easily scared, but my gf hates the dark so was terrified throughout.Written 3 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Roam098314741251 contributionWe completed all three indoor escape rooms while in Queenstown. The rooms were well planned out and challenging. The back stories and themes were fun and interesting. The staff were brilliant and seemed genuinely interested and excited about our experience. We will be back again.Written 19 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- DelanaSInvercargill, New Zealand24 contributionsWas a great time spent here and we absolutely had a blast, this place is fantastic if your going with a group of people.
I did have a issue with the go karts I think if your not experienced with go karting at all or have very little experience they shouldn’t put on the track with people who have way more experience than you, as I got crashed into multiple times quiet hard from people who had more experience than me and it was my first time on a track. This definitely ruined the whole experience for me
I do think that you should be putting people on a track with only the group they come with not combine 2 groups together.Written 10 April 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We went as a family and some friends. 4 adults and 4 children (2, 4, 6 & 7yrs).
My husband gets claustrophobic and didn't make it past the first room after about 1 minute. He left and was kindly given a refund and waited for us in the reception.
I thought my son (4yrs) would be scared of the dark rooms but surprisingly had a great time. So essentially if you know your childs limits and you're there with them supporting them then its a bit of a laugh.
Yes its a bit expensy for what took us about half an hour but its at your own pace (we were the only ones there so were in no rush) and was something to do for a bit of entertainmentWritten 28 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Ride itself was awesome with Marc our driver.
We drove ourselves to Arthur’s Point as we had booked too late to get the shuttle - not a problem and an easy short journey by car from Queenstown with plenty of parking. Great brewpub nearby to watch the action afterwards.Written 3 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
