Hiking boots are ideal as it's steep and if muddy, slippery. It's steep and we were huffing and puffing, but taking it slow and loving the moment of fresh air !

All the staff were friendly loved the ski lessons. Great facilities. The toilets were well cleaned and prices were great. - Mosi_009Brisbane, Australia16 contributionsI wanted to ski, so dropped my 3 year old girl off to Skiwiland. She didn't want to leave Mum and daddy's side, and there was a lot of tears. She had never been to the snow before. But Holly at Skiwiland said let's give it a try. She picked her up and took her straight to the other kids. I left and was able to look from a far. It seems like only after 15min She was outside in the snow doing snow angels with a smile. After a few hours they had her dancing and skiing down the small slope. I can't thank Holly and the other instructors enough for making our little girl so happy. Great service for the price. It took me 45 minutes and I was not trying to break any records. The views are sensational. You will have panoramic views over Queenstown and the surrounds. The staff were brilliant and seemed genuinely interested and excited about our experience. The customer service was above and beyond and the activities were super fun. Was great to have the van pick us up and they were very accomodating and the activities were well run. 20/10 would recommend to anyone wanting a bit of fun with mates! Ride itself was awesome with Marc our driver.
We drove ourselves to Arthur’s Point as we had booked too late to get the shuttle - not a problem and an easy short journey by car from Queenstown with plenty of parking.
