Our tour was a hybrid of the LOTR Queenstown and Skippers Canyon, due to weather it was slightly modified. The guide and the tour itself ventured into places I would have never discovered on my own. Loved the commentary, friendliness and humour of our guide. - Ex - chef76 contributionsWent to pick up our car in Auckland & it was in the worst condition. Dents & scratches on the outside & ripped/damages seats inside. Nothing like the picture on their website. It was an embarrassment to drive around for a week. He was so knowledgeable about the mountains and had great recommendations for us, let us play our music super loud in the van and was so helpful and professional all week. Picked up from the Greenstone car park ahead of schedule (they even said they would have come a day earlier if we had rung them - as we walked out a day early).Taken into Queenstown, then dropped at different sites. Friendly courteous and helpful.
Charge for trip only when they were 100% certain we would be able to go. This company has clean modern buses and are on time every time. The drivers were all safe, courteous and professional. My only complaint is there is only one bus up and one bus down. 8am to 4pm is a long day skiing. - Travel4803932 contributionsHired two ebikes for two days. Bikes, which were Trek hard tails, were dropped off and picked up from our accomodation and were perfect for what we wanted to do. They also seemed to be much cheaper than other providers that we looked at. - James S11 contributionsEasy ski is a great way to get to Cardrona without the stress of driving. Our driver Laura grew up in the region and her experience and knowledge of the history was very insightful. She made the trip interesting and entertaining. Hotel pick up made the trip very easy and I recommended highly to anyone! - Teri LSherman Oaks, CA51 contributionsWe had a lovely 4-hour private wine tour with Pauline from Queenstown to Gibbston Valley. She gave us such a treat by taking us through Arrowtown, then to see the original bungy jumping bridge and a famous scene from Lord of the Rings, plus loads of history. Pauline was a delight.
The wine experience was terrific at the places we went and of course we bought some wine to drink and bring home.
Then after lunch on the way home, we stopped for a view over Queenstown.
The next day, Pauline drove back to our hotel in the morning because I had apparently dropped some items out of my purse that she found when cleaning out the car. In addition to her caring about bring a simple lipstick back to me, she brought a gift. What a special treat.

Both pickups were punctual and got us where we needed to go quickly and efficiently.
No complaints about this service and would use again when travelling to Queenstown. Their driving along the roads was very safe which I appreciated because from past experience with different tour companies, this is not always the case.
