The kiwi talks are well worthwhile - not only was it very informative, but it was a great experience to see kiwis up close. - Geoff B2 contributionsExcellent value that everyone in the car enjoyed. Fun for children and adults. We did the loop section a couple of times, and the views are amazing as you drive to the top with vantage points for great panoramic photos.
Book early as the day you want may sell out, if like us you are restricted to a specific day so keep an eye their website for late availability as cancellations occur.
$2 coin is needed for animal feed, buy from the first location and get a few for the car. There is a beautiful foot path around the lake. For walking, cycling or running.
